I wonder sometimes - we're in an era of incredible nostalgia. Technology has let remakes of movies become alive possibly beyond their original dreams. Like in Benny and Joon, is there hope, demand, acceptance, for "the next Buster Keaton" ? Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, and similar actors don't seem to have a next generation of colleagues to follow. I wonder if just maybe, maybe, someone out there is mixing "The Truman Show" with Keaton, Chaplin, and Stranger than Fiction for the chance
