Fun as all get out, but less funny when seen out of context.

The real hilarity of it is that The Simpsons is such a fast-paced show and just as Sideshow Bob, exhausted and having just weathered the ride beneath the station wagon, is finally able to get on with his master plan. But then the rakes.

Cape Feare really is my favourite Sideshow Bob episode (perhaps the best Simpsons episode as well). In this episode they presented Sideshow Bob's theme music for the first time, and, Bob's archenemy: a rake. This scene particularly killed me - absolutely brilliant.

did you know: there was originally only meant to be one rake, but the episode was too short, so they added a load more in!! lol

Actually, a lot of scenes were stretched out in this episode, and they still had to add the full-length "chorus line" opening in order to fill up the time slot. All they had to do for syndication was use the short "double Simpsons" opening instead and cut out the last three rakes.
