Well, maybe it sounds like autotuner, but i guess is due to the mass of sound effect s and the soundquality of the youtube video. He has a very special vibrato in his voice, thats for sure :-).

But it is a very good job from everybody there on that crowed stage.

AUTOTUNE on vocals, that guy is obviously a big fan of Steve Lukater, it's too much!!!

But hey... Toto did use autotune on vocals in "Falling in Between live" DVD, so... but for cover band production is great, and the musicians are very good, except "Lukather's clone", he is too sloppy to improvise like Lukather, it's better to find his own style
