@gabrielcosta96 ok, first off there is no oil on the moon, oil is made by dead animals and plants over millions of years, also the moon can't hold on to an atmosphere b/c of it's low gravity, also it has no geological activity so no active volcanose to replenish the stmosphere, so no it's impossible to terra form the moon.
