To answer your questions, the scene where Disco Bear puts a quarter into the jukebox is from "A Change of Heart", the one in which he washes is "Easy Comb, Easy Go", the one at the beach is "Sea What I Found", the one with dead Giggles is "Aww Shucks", the one with the mirror "Ipso Fatso", the one with Giggles and Petunia at the beach "Wipe Out" (in actuality they're looking at Lumpy) and by the giant wave I think you're referring to the scene from "See What Develops". :)
