This guy nails it, Hamilton will see a price boom, hamiltonians will not even see it coming, there is many projects in the works right now, once these projects start to rap up, and others start up, you will see price jumps every time. Wow I went to the Stinson school in 1975 when we lived in Hamilton for a year. Beautiful building as I recall.
