I was not expecting that haha. My friend and I stood back to back and then tossed and WE exchanged places and then caught each others' flags, so that was pretty cool.

Hey!!! My captain inisted that we try out this insanly amazing speedspin exchange toss...Well she tried it out with our instructor at the very least 15 times. But they never could get it right...We started to get very technical about it and though that maybe you had to be the same height (my guard has height issues) haha anywho me and my captain tried it out (she is 5'2 and im 5'1) so it was close enough.. believe it or not we got it in no time.. so do u hav to be the same height or r we crazy??

try this,,,, persons are giving each others backs like in a duel... any way toss a double then turn around and catch the others toss and the other person catches yours..did that as a solo in our 08 winter guard show

We did that, except we were only tossing singles. We ended up taking it out because people had issues with it, and we really needed good points. :/
