I've never played 2K series before. Does the PS2 version have the olympic team and can you edit the allstar rosters? cause you can't seem to do that in NBA Live. I've never played NBA 2K before and the only NBA game i have is NBA Live 07...fml. Someone please fill me in.

yeah, i played 2k5-2k7 on my ps2, then i finally got a ps3 so i moved on to 2k8 on that. this game is the same as 2k7, 2k8, and 2k9, very very little has changed in those games for the ps2. only the rosters, that's about it. but yeah for anyone still playing the best basketball game on a ps2, get a ps3 or xbox 360. they have gone down in price and it's just that much better.

They focused more on the Xbox360 and PS3 version, and leave us with nothing more than the last one. Just the roster. They need to give the PS2 more respect. It still has the price of $100(or more), while the GameCube is for $20. Why would they just leave it alone. what they did on the commercial was sshow either the PS3 or Xbox360 version of the game. They knew if they showed the PS2 version it wouldn't sell. I hate it when they just leave the game alone!
