There's too much inactivity and pausing. Keep your characters in motion at all times, even if they're tiny movements, otherwise don't give them an appearance until they actually do something. As for the pauses, I personally think it's a bit overused, but if you feel they're appropriate, keep 'em. Try to make the pauses shorter, though; that's my recommendation.

how do you get it to beable to play on youtube when i try to post mine it says i need a real or somthing video file

im sure you already know already but in case you dont save the pivot as a gif file. then go to windows movie maker and click import video. then look for the video you made and import it into windows movie maker. it will show then slide it down into the time line bar and you can add music sound effects and all then click publish to computer in your video files. then you go to youtube and click upload and you look for the file and there you have it =)
