Urggh, Fortuna becomes the biggest pain in the ass when this starts playing, what with her random "I'm going to fly out of the range of all spells except Stone Zapper!" practically all the freakin' time ~_~

Still, it's an awesome song, though I prefer the first version XD

I like this version of Wheel of Fortune.

I wanna say it plays when her HP gets a bit lower though. It usually doesn't start playing for me until I get her down to around 30000 or 20000 HP though.
