  • On a vegan diet, over time, your palette changes. You are more sensitive to subtle flavors and textures. There is much more joy. I have suffered from depression all my life. Getting off of milk is amazing, I've been lactose intolerant my whole life and did not know that was what was always wrong with me. I sleep better. Arthritis is no problem any longer. I do have problems with migraines but I am in menopause which may be why. But by adding B vitamins, they are much diminished.

  • There has been many tests done like these, also in the UK in a docu, people with several illnesses were put for 2 weeks on a vegan bio diet and the results were amazing... Some people actually didn't need their meds anymore...Raw vegan diet is the way to go... We were not build to eat meat or eat the amount of carbs we do today... Processed foods do kill but because of economic reasons (MCdonalds, Coca-cola or even the profits that hospitals need to make; processed foods + meds are our culture.)
