Technically the only food we can eat with good feeling is fruit because the plant wants us to eat it, we can't eat meat coz you kill the animal and we can't eat veges coz it kills the plant. Why must we live in a world where we must kill or hurt something to eat?

First of all they aren't THINGS they're living breathing animals. That have eyes, a heart and a mind. We do not need to slaughter and eat meat to survive. We don't.
