yeah aniother good prerequisite for this trick is the boston shuffle.....but since i can boston shuffle well.....i cannot do this

I always thought a drop box was doing continuous slams on one side of a box, and normal throws on the other, but I'm probably wrong. But the trick here is definately also called Luke's Shuffle, and is also quite fun reversed.
