  • This is really, really, really, really fuckin weird... You have spiritual buddies?!

  • When i was sick i had a nightmare, but I was awake where i heard the voices of destruction the screaming souls of tormented spirits. Since I was little they told me that it was my imagination.

So for all you people who think can astral project good luck and do not go into the pit of Tartarus, i barely got away from it. They laughed saying that i will be back sooner then i think.

  • HHH father

  • $75 bucks? Meh. Not in this economy.

  • Why were you sleeping on the couch? Did you get in a fight with your husband?

  • Pay no attention to the woman behind the curtain!

  • can you please explain why i wake up 3.15am/3.30am every night

  • @MegaPam90 iso-tones*com try some of the sleep tones here, that might help stay in deep sleep

  • I Find That When I Listen To Binaural Beats, I Become More Relaxed And Then The Most Common And Repetitive Thing I Notice In The Theta Brainwave State Is That I Begin To Breathe With Just My Stomach, Not My hole Body. What I Mean Is That Instead Of Feeling Myself Lifting Everytime I Inhale, My Stomach Just Expands. What Do You Guys Think?

  • paralysis is fraky in this shit, i never get passed but i been tryn. dont b afraid

  • sum1 gave me a good advice that when the astral eyes are shut to only pull them apart with the astral fingers .. this actually worked back then and then i didn't even get the blindness nomore all these years and even kinda forgot about it , 2 days ago the astral finger trick didn't work maybe you got another advice i would appreaciate it .. i really enjoy your videos and experiences its very entertaining i will sub you .

  • but i must admit that it does help when i use techniques but not in that paticular moment and night but still puts me in a relaxed state of mind , often 2 or 3 days after i use techniques i then i then have a obe without even thinking about it .. i often have a problem tho that really bothers me , 2 days ago i found myself out of my body and totally blind .. now i had this problem years ago everytime i tried opening my astral eyes my physical eyes would open sadly wasting the ride ..

  • i guess im kinda lucky , i can't say i ever had a obe when i was trying to have 1 its more the case of the astral projection poppin around from time 2 time 2 say hello , most of the time it seems like this buzz vibration wich seems to be further away coming closer and closer building up until it reaches my body .. then the vibration gets so strong and ends up giving me this tingley sensation feeling in my head wich makes my astral body pop out by body by automaticaly ...

  • I wish i could do this :D i get as far as my body becoming numb then an itch happens Q.Q

  • seems like the egoic mind is always "trying" to make you forget about experiences like this because then it would loose its absolute control.

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • Hello, sir,

Can you give me (us) some tips about how to connect with higher aspects of our consciousness ? Do we need just to imagine everything ?

  • can you OBE anywhere

and i dont get how to i just end up falling asleep like do i think about doing it i believe but i dont get how to do it will you message me thanks

  • @andypandyroo124 - Well, I am still thinking about doing an online oobe course, it might help you and others get past some of the 'tricky' stuff. It's not simple, and not something you can just rat-tat-tat and 'how to do it' is all explained.

  • I did experience this few times few years ago but I was so scared that I stopped. Now when I want to I can't :(

  • @lbxfactor - I hate when that happens. Good luck, hope ya get some more going soon.

  • sweet hair bro

  • I had a OBE with Jesus or something I think.... I fell asleep and I knew I was asleep, but in a spiritual world and angles came to me, is that a OBE.

  • @SuperBrianhall - Coulda been. People often see that sort of thing in oobes.

  • I think a reptilian disliked this video...

My first ever out of body experience I didn't even try. I just had the feelings hit me and I knew what was going on so I went with it... Hopped right out of my body fully aware.

I also think it helps to read about OBE's etc. I must have watched each of your videos at least two times. I think it helps because it can make you more aware, and when you do have those sensations when you are sleeping you can not be afraid, and just take action!

  • @Armyofone1911 - I have noticed that too, read a lot about the subject, getting really involved in it, really helps. We tend to attract what we focus on a lot.

  • i was trying to have one but was i almost done a obe i visualized a man kicking me in the back and my whole body jumped high up he he it was pretty funny

  • @PandemoniumStudios3 - cool! I have tried some really off the wall techniques myself.

  • I feel like your a jedi, and in a way you are a jedi based on what the egyptians jedhis were capable of, maybe that was all out of body.

  • @IAMME857 - Hmmm, Maybe in another life, somewhere I got that going on. May the force be with YOU ;-)

  • you make a really interesting point. I think there is some truth to this.

  • ok gotcha thanks that was very insightful. :]

  • Thanks sharing! You are inspirational! Cheers!

  • @tlc1of3 - thank you, kind of you to say ;-)

  • ive ben trying to have an obe can someone help me

  • @kylewizerd121 - I have made a few videos on the subject they may help - Robert Monroe's written one my favorite books ont eh subject and it helped me start having lots of oobes - Journeys Out of Body - the technique in it helped me - it might work for you too.

  • man you inspired me doing this i am very thankfull for that man youre the best

  • @huzombiez - thanks!

  • man i think ur right rich. i have been trying to use tactics to access trying to have an oobe. so i gotta get a good one and recalling that i had one. so having the more memory written down makes me memorize more or even help me but more "fully" conscience while i have the dream? what are ur thoughts?

  • @almost401 - Yes, If I were to say - tomorrow when you get up remember as much as you can til lunch time - and then I want you tell me all you remember. If I gave you that 'assignment' and you chose to do it... tomorrow you would pay more attention to what you were doing so you could more easily remember. So intending to remember things causes us to be more aware & conscious in the moment - and that's what we want to be when our bodies are sleeping. So we practice remembering dreams and stuff.

  • you are awesome ! i love your videos

  • @Roman0live - Thanks, your words are very inspiring. ;-)

  • I think I'm an atheist ( for about 6 years now) because the thing we call god...is me! Through the imagination and knowing this' I'm god' thing has been quite a trip. Anybody have any thoughts on my blasphemous thoughts…hahahaha?

BTW, the reason I don't say anybody else is god is because it depends on what you think, not what I think. To me you are...in potential at least!

  • @bermudaguy1 - I like your philosphy ;-)

  • @bermudaguy1 It's called delusions of grandeur.

  • @jetflock Hahahahahah, funny!

  • Edgar Cayce use to talk about "pre-sleep suggestion"...I know that works sometimes.

  • wow this is a great video man, I was wondering how I make different aspects of myself

  • @KrisForges Dude ... what a wierd comment. Also, the ponytail is cool. Don't knock it. xD

  • Good point about the dream journals. I've often woken up feeling strongly like I've been busy ALL freaking night ... sometimes even like i've been fighting or doing something where I felt incredibly powerful ... but not been able to recall anything - and I don't tend to have 'fighting' dreams so the recall issue makes sense to me.

  • i left my body without trying, I began vibrating intensely. I was wandering around my apartment, but as soon as I realized what was going on, I was back in body faster than I could blink. It was disappointing.

Yes this place is a toxic dump.

  • @kimelene2011 - hey thanks for sharing your adventure - getting out the dump is usually a step up from this place for sure - even when it gets 'weird' 'over there.'

  • i think i had a lot of out of body experiences in the past… but im not sure if this has to do something with the fact that I had epilepsy since 1985 and now im under control with medicine since 1990.

But I had a lot of Out of Body Experiences.

Also somehow I believe that those experiences had to do with the poses we acquire when sleeping… because if you are in a bad pose when sleeping like having pressure on your head against your hands this will affect your dreams.

  • @skywarpger - thanks for the insights on the pose and body positioning, it makes sense. Wouldn't that be awesome if there were some 'magic' pose we could curl up in and it would double or triple our chances of having an oobe? I can imagine that this is possible, have you ever heard of such a thing - I never have, but your feedback here makes me wonder.

  • This video is very eye opening. I can recall times when I have had back to back lucid dreams every rem cycle during a night and I was consciously forgetting some of the experiences or even entire dreams. I'm now sure that I am missing so much, this realization is somewhat frustrating but I'm glad I understand now. Thank you.

  • WOW, you gave me a paradigm shift in my perception! THANK YOU!!! :)

  • @Believe2Perceive -Hey!!!! You are very welcome - and thanks so much for the feedback!

  • Well, technically speaking, OBEs are naturally caused by oxygen deprivation while asleep. This is very common in older people, but I had out of body experiences often when I was in elementary school, when I was on an inhaler.

  • haha, good video title! how to have / do.......without trying. it beats all others.

  • @yeewaishun2000 - Hye, thanks! I realize now that a key part of this was the part where I went to sleep, got up later, then went back to sleep - it's the 'wake-up back to sleep' 'technique' or the pre-sleep method - similar to the W.I.L.D. (wake induced lucid dream) where you wake up then go back to sleep to induce the lucid dream - all related techniques, all pretty workable. (and without really trying - at least that one time).

  • The idea that you say on feeling good. Well. i've noticed that before my training in ki and energy and everything i never really felt good. I would feel happy and normal but it was one day that i saw everything in a different perspective, from the little birds singing to the beautiful sunrise. I beleive what you say is true because i've noticed that all my trainees must develope this feeling or else they won't make it because of not a strong enough will, i think the consciousness is right.

  • How about touring around the USA and spreading some of this knowledge? If I had the funds I would love to put it together. Let you know when that happens. ALSO, I have had manu UFO type dreams just never actually seen an ET anywhere even in real time OBE state never have noticed anything. Don't really welcome it, you can't trust everyone right? PEACE bro.

  • VERY lucid dream, that lasted for over 30 minutes. The environments changed, but thanks to your advices the past days I was able to keep my consciousness very sharp and prevent myself from waking up. Everything I experienced was in a lot of detail, very comparable to an OBE.

  • @TheArcticMonkeyz Way to go Arcy! ;-) And thansk for sharing your experiences and your positive feedback!

  • @TheArcticMonkeyz LONG LIVE YOUR USERNAME!!!! :)

  • Thanks for the video Rich.

This morning when I woke up, I ate something and went back to bed.

If I do this (waking up, going out for 5-10 mins) and go back to bed again, I can't fall asleep without experiencing sleep paralysis. No exception this time. Mostly I try to go out of body from this state, but this time I tried something completely different.

When I was paralyzed I immediately closed my eyes and imagined an environment. This worked instantly and I experienced a....

  • Thanks for the video, Rich, I love listening in as I'm falling off, helps set up the night :).

  • This is exactly what our contollers(illuminati) dont want us to know...Peace and Love guys :)

  • This is an excellent & inspired video from you Rich!! I think your postulations are quite close to the mark (In a spectrum from total environmental change to the subtle yet amazing shift of feelings/understanding which many of us are undergoing right now)

  • @TheNewUniversal - Thank you! And you have some really great, great videos on your channel - it feels good seeing so many really wonderful people sharing the light these days! We are all just doing a wonderful job! I'm just sayin'... ;-)

  • Since focusing on OBE and lucid dreaming I've had three instances of gaining consciousness in a dream. Every time I found it difficult to maintain the focus continually. Being conscious and realizing that I was in a dream environment, everything was much clearer and more vivid than in regular dreams. I had a lot more influence on the surroundings, depending on how strong my focus was. It's pretty hard to not get caught up in interesting dream details and drift away into unconsciousness again.

  • @SkallagrimNilsson - I love the incredible detail of the dream worlds and higher realms..what that is...what causes the perception of that.. (IMO) is that when we leave this physical realm, we also leave behind a major portion of 'mind' and that mind is like a veil of unconsciousness - our attention gets consumed by our thinking of the things this mind is constantly stirring up. This consciousness that gets consumed by this thinking, lets say is X amount of consciousness. Well ...

  • @Rich2150x ...This consciousness that gets consumed by this thinking, lets say is X amount of consciousness. Well in lucid dream consciousness we have an x+y amount of consciousness going that allows for us to notice all the detail. In a regular dream we only have x amount of consciousness going and the rest of our consciousness if not consumed by thinking is sleeping... kinda sorta... as metaphors go....(imo) ;-) Said another way...

  • @Rich2150x - ...Said another way... in lucid dreams (and obes) we notice lots of incredible detail because we are more wake there than we usually are in the physical AND we have let go of the egoic mindand thinking to great degree. (Just yapping here, hope it helps! ;-)

  • @Rich2150x

Nah, it's not just yapping... what you say makes a lot of sense and I appreciate that you share your perspective. =)

  • @Rich2150x

Yes, it's very fascinating how much the perception improves in lucid dreams. Interestingly the memory of the acute visual impressions I had in the dream faded gradually after waking up but I still remember the clarity. I know that I could perceive a lot more details, although I'm unable to remember them. It really shows the limitations of the mind in the physical body. We're definitely not as awake and conscious as we think most of the time.

  • Actually remembering the experiences is certainly more significant and difficult than most people think. I agree that it's a matter of practice, getting used to demand full memory and tell yourself "I will remember this!".

  • Ah, using a different microphone this time? I like it, the sound quality is definitely improved. =)

This place is toxic... I hear ya on that. It still boggles my mind how consciousness would decide to take physical form, especially in this world. Sure, I guess it's all about experience and stuff, but on the other hand the limitations are so severe, and the mind is so easily distracted, confused and outright messed up in the physical.

  • Beautiful video, lately I've been considering starting a dream journal this made it. I'm definitely going to do it. So thanks Rich, you're on rampage :)

  • Yes. Right on! ;)

  • u sexy!

  • Don't mean to offend anyone with my terminology. Don't know how to spell it properly....

  • @EnkisGirl333 - I always have trouble with that word too - I'm always wanting to spell it two different ways.... ha ha ;-)

  • Ahhh stupid iPod touchscreen...ignore last one. Maybe u should do some regression on the types u saw in your experience. Always thought there was something about the fact that schzido's have profound religious things going on inside their minds.

  • great vid rich. you are just awesome. type of person you could just sit back and talk too all day... my where has the time gone?? :-)

    blessings,

    barbara

  • @indibabs122275 -Thanks Babs! You've got such a good heart!

  • anytime i go to sleep i get sleep paralysis like its nothing... can i use that to do OBE consciously..?... ive tried it 2wice and it felt like a body was leaving my body and at the same time felt like i was dieing... is it ok if i went on with it...??

  • @wily4 Yeah it can feel like ur dying. You have to face those fears. Something I'm still working on aswell.

  • @wily4 - yep, just keep going with it - it's the usual deal to feel that way - fear of dying not uncommon when getting sleep paralysis. Just keep going.

  • @wily4 thank man... you are so awsome...

  • ye I am first who waching this ;-] thanks for your work.
