  • So after 35 years of the russians super drilling planning, they finally start digging and turn up a couple of fields that can produce 280,000 barrels of oil a day. How is that going to help an Oil industry already in decline that needs to supply well over 80 million barrels a day?

Face it, Oil + Over. Its not easy to accept, but its there for all to see if you look. Please do, and help the rest of us find an alternative!!!

Keep your eyes and ears on the next OPEC meeting. If there is one!

  • "Dow emphasized that the oil's components indicate a lacustrine organic facies with lipid-rich, land-plant debris and fresh-water algal material, refuting theories of abiogenic origin in this area."

    aapg.org/explorer/2005/02feb/vietnam.cfm

  • Abiotic = made by God from God's will alone. It derives from the Latin abiatica, which means "of God's design." No libtard "science" is needed to explain it.

  • "Not decaying dinosaurs or...." Does anyone actually believe that oil comes from decaying dinosaur parts? Talk about a misinformed anchorman...

  • @chemostrat lol...you would be surprised...just talk to some of the population in america. My guess is 90% believe that oil is a "fossil fuel" They also believe everything else they see on tv so im not really surprised

  • @chemostrat Actually, thats why we call them 'Fossil Fuels.' Its not just the Dinos, its plant life and living matter thats broken down in the earth, crushed and squashed, and then cooked in raising tempretures, and over hundreds of millions of years it turns into fossil fuels! This is why they are finite, because only so many things died out all those years ago, and if something that we produce that is finite, it must have a peak in its production, hence, peak oil.

    Science, is amazing!

  • People in denial will believe anything, even that oil wells get replenished during our lifetimes...even though they took millions of years to create....

  • @MrEnergyCzar conspiracy theorist will say anything...especially if it has to do with doom and gloom...conspiracy theorist also like to use words like "sheep" and "illuminati"...im surprised u havent used them.

  • Foolish humans, there is nothing you can do. You missed the boat on conservation and attempting to develop a real substitute for fossil fuel and now all your energy borrowing must be paid back. The laws of thermodynamics have judged approx 5 billion of you must die. Case closed. Non-renewable resource dependency and wasteful lifestyles, what were you thinking?

  • @jjstoney1 oh right...but you know, there is one good thing about all you conspiracy theorists....and that is your always wrong...for example y2k lol...and 2012 and everything else...

  • The perception of scarcity creates higher prices and profits. The next question on this corporate show should be (but won't be) why is the price of oil so high then?

  • Most of the oil discovered is in the middle east which mostly barren land not much plants or animals can survive there, if that is the condition since million years ago then it is logically true that oil is not fossil

  • the earth is a ball of oil pretty much. kinda, well ok but it has a core that is surrounded by a layer of oil...

  • @witecracker2 The core is surrounded by oil? Where the hell did you get that from? The core is made of iron-nickel alloy surrounded by the outer core which is composed of iron and nickel. Where the hell did you get its made out of Oil?......

  • @Dt0x75 God's holy word or any text on intelligent design!

  • So what happends when all that deep oil is gone? More global warming because there's nothing left between the upper earth crust and the earths core?Maybe something will happen the so-called experts don't understand yet.Eh eh do the so-called experts even know whats at the center of the earth?Maybe more huge amounts of oil under so much pressure that we can't stop it!!

  • @evisceratednation ie, bp oil spill?

  • Even if this was true (which it is not) peak oil would still apply. The cost of drilling down to get the oil deep in the earth would mean the the ratio of energy in to energy (oil) out would be very low. Over time it would be 1:1

For those who watch and believe this, please think and use some logic.

  • @SteveTheFool your name is quite fitting.

  • This is probably BP's problem. They dugg so far that they can't control the pressure.

  • Is abotic fuel true, could someone post a link from an OFFICIAL SORCE

  • There are none.

  • So-called official sources prefer the status quo...

  • @MikeNTV1 Yes it is true. Read a book entitled Black Gold Stranglehold for official information.

  • @MikeNTV1 Yes it is true. Read a book called Black Gold Stranglehold for official information.

  • @MikeNTV1

Abiotic oil is a non-issue. However fast the regeneration rate through abiotic formation, it will still be orders of magnitude smaller than the rate of depletion. MANY orders of magnitude.

  • 200 thousand barrels a day? that will fuel the city. Not a world, nation, military, it will supply just enough to pump itself out of the ground. - the words millions and billions need to be mentioned.. (with out question) to approach validity.

  • Russian Premier Vladimir Putin says research shows that Russia has enough oil and gas for itself and for Europe for the next 100 years.

  • I just hope Deep Oil is the real story, not peak oil...

I mean deep oil is a little more cheerful than peak...

  • The hoax of peak oil serves Anglo-Saxon political interests. The chemistry of abiotic oil has been PROVEN in the lab. Be thankful, if it were untrue, then around 5 billion humans would starve to death within 3 decards (because governments are doing nothing to develop alternative energy sources).

People need to spread the word about abiotic oil: otherwise, governments will lie about peak oil and use it as an excuse for more wars (Iran, Nigeria, Venezuela, Eurasia)...

  • Abiotic oil - the truth is buried deep deep under intense corporate pressure. When it does make its way to the surface, the shrills are on it and the disinfo machine kicks into overdrive.

happiertimesahead, I see your fine post isn't very popular but then again truth isn't these days. Truth is non-profitable.

Look around at how concerned any government is regarding the fear of running out of crude oil - alternatives are few and far between and funding is a non-issue just as is

    "peak oil."

  • How did decaying dinosaurs get 20,000 feet deep? There is oil 30,000 feet below the seabed in the Gulf of Mexico. There should be evidence of the creation of so called "fossil fuel" in some intermediate stage of development. Did all these animals and plants die at the same time? Explain the hydrocarbons on Titan. The idea that oil is "fossil fuel" is preposterous. Oil is abiotic.

  • "Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people." ...

    Henry Kissinger

It's just that simple. The basic sustenance (food and energy) which God provided in virtually unlimited supply is controlled/monopolized by the elite and then artificial scarcity is imposed for profit, population control and reduction. Same elite also monopolize the media to disburse their propaganda about scarcity, overpopulation and manmade "climate change." Thank God for the Internet.

  • You seem to be forgetting something. We are overpopulated, fossil fuels don't just magically replenish themselves, and climate change is most definitely real. You are right about the control and profit though, and the more people consuming more things, the more profit for the elite.

  • @mrmultidextrous climate change is real in that the worlds climate has always changed and that in recent years the trend is one of cooling. Climate change is real in that man made global warming is a farce created to tax the people so that corporations can continue to ravage the world and instead of having to support many fascist regimes they can put their money together and enforce the new "environmental" regime coming soon to a city near you. Global governance, depopulation, control.

  • @TheJourney000 Call it what you like, but POLLUTION is real and measurable......and I don't want it.

  • @Probesoul ...tis true

  • When in doubt, recall the First Law of Thermodynamics, that is: energy is neither created nor destroyed.

Then, recognize that oil energy is special. Presumably we use it for motion and momentum to move us around in cars, but most of it's energy gets wasted on noise and heat.

Whether it's now or later, the ultmiate peak oil question is not when, but whether or not we made the most of this great energy resource -- if we used it in ways that genuinely help future generations.

  • @tgold1968

The ultimate question can be answered: 99% of the oil is wasted. For gas guzzlers who carry fat imbecils to unproductive jobs, for badly insulated houses, for trash people buy, for the military and its crimes against humanity, for unefficient agrobusiness, for suburbia, for the cancer called "economic growth".

I have quite different "ultimate questions".

  • @tgold1968, but I love the sound of my motorcycle..... Is the energy considered wasted if you love the sound and heat from the exhaust? Is the energy wasted from the musician who played his music? The musician had to eat food harvested by machines made from and powered by petroleum. The food was shipped to his city by other machines made of and powered by petroleum. Shall we stop music too? The sound of my KTM is intoxicating. Glorious spent energy. Rejoice.

  • @tgold1968

"recall the First Law of Thermodynamics, that is: energy is neither created nor destroyed."

Exactly! This matter and energy is not going anywhere, and the processes that created it are still around. Technology will provide us with great tools in the future but only so long as we dont get tied up with the constant thoughts of doom and gloom.

  • @WoodlandRavah thanks you

  • Nice theory. Why not just theorize that we'll find refined gasoline? Maybe chocolate milk?

  • chocolate milk drill rigs powered by oreo cookies? now you're talkin'!

  • I would like to see what sort of evidence gives credence to his theory of, "if we drill far enough, it will gush." I always pictured it more molten rock and lava than a big barrel of oil.

  • Looks like YOU didnt have Goldman Sach's crystal ball there!

Would you agree that British Petroleum proved him right? LOL hehehehahahahahahahahahah MAHAHAHWHBAHBHABHABHAABABAHGAHAHAHA

  • So abotic theory is supported in "godless" Russia. Funny how some goofs think its only a creationist theory.

  • Yaaay, cheap oil forever. Thanks for this, now I can go short oil and use the profits to buy an SUV.... You are sure aren't you?

  • lorax2013: Right :) I wonder why nobody realizes, that the problem of finite sources can't be solved by pusching it forward for 10, 20, 50 or even 1000 years. WTF? This is not the point. Every energy source which is finite creates a big problem. Nobody can change worldwide transportation and production technics within less than 60 years. Most people have no clue about this issue. They tend to stuff sand in their heads.

  • It is funny watching these vids that are only a year old and questioning peak oil. Bet they'd shut the hell up if they knew then that oil would be $130/barrel today.

  • Oil is not expensive today because a lack of reserves. It is the lack of wells and refineries that have driven up the price. Add to that the run away inflation of the dollar and all currencies pegged to the dollar, and you have higher prices.

The United States has enough oil in its territory to supply current domestic demand plus growth for over 100 years

  • This is sheer fantasy. Show me where you got these figures, other than you just heard it somewhere. I bet oil shale is the major component of what you are talking about, but do you know about the low EROEI (Energy Return on Energy Invested) of oil shale? It's theoretically possible to get oil out of it but it takes a HUGE amount of energy going in, and very complex machinery, etc. Come back and tell me we have 100 years' worth of oil in a few years.

  • or over a thousand years or more?

  • Peak oil is a gold mine for those involved!

Our govt. with the media can sell you anything they want.....

  • The core issue effecting humanity is this: You WILL be lied to, and deceived by powerful and wealthy people. Perhaps even people you look up to and respect. If you buy into their lies and propaganda, you WILL be landless slaves, plowing the fields for people who knew the truth, and used it against you. It is really that simple.

  • google: The Fake Oil Crisis of 1973

  • You guys don't get it. If oil is abiotic, there is no problem of replenishment. The quantities we can drill are so huge that the replenishment of the wells is not at all a problem. The fact that the wells are replenishing is just a proof that oil is abiotic. But the abiotic oil theory doesn't need a fast replenishment of the wells.

  • The wells are NOT REPLENISHING. Oil moves, it moves around. It is a finite resource, get over it, You want to believe the earth is flat, well you will find scientists who can "prove" that- you can find scientists who believe the earth is 6,000 years old and that Noah's ark is on Mt Ararat too. But oil is NOT ABIOTIC, get over it.

  • if Abiotic oil were produced at a speed and quantity that mattered to us, all our cable news and government press offices would be telling us all about it. Instead they keep telling us Saddam Hussein was an ally of Osama Bin Laden. and they we've got to fight the global war on terror. and that we're winning the global war on terror. coincidently, the global war on terror mostly takes place in places with a lot of oil.

  • Really? Diamonds are plentiful and anything but rare, yet you dont hear the media telling the world that the diamond syndicates have been limiting world wide supply for decades in order to foster the belief that diamonds are rare and valuable.

  • Diamonds and oil are two different things.

  • The diamond cartel limits supply to drive cost upwards only. Makes you wonder. The famous saying is; "Diamonds will never loose value." They also tell people that man made diamonds, such as Apollo diamonds, are not as good as real diamonds because they are unnaturally perfect. A bit of an oxymoron if you ask me.

  • @SovereignCurtis How many people use diamonds in daily life.... Nice try but you shouldnt be so quick to pull the trigger without... thinking?

  • In former Soviet, geologists were preaching these same theories.

  • Go home happy, we got a 24/7 oil factory a few miles under our feet, put there for us, by an intelligent designer to make us goofy and happy.

Where does the energy from the oil comes from, if not from the sun? The core of the earth ? what it is? enzymes in the magma?

IMHO oil migration makes more sense to explain oil fields replenishment or deep deposits .

  • Does abiotic oil mean a damn thing, if it happens its going so slow it doesnt make a bit of difference .

And the numbers the guy qoutes are chicken feed when you look at how much oil the world uses each day those fields are so small not to make a difference

  • even if its true it happens at such a sloooow rate that it wont make any difference :0)

  • Uhm, you apparently have no idea about how science works. There is NO SUCH THING as "scientific fact." Theory is AS GOOD AS SCIENCE EVER GETS. There is NOTHING HIGHER than Theory in science. Not even scientific Law (Laws only say WHAT happens. Hypotheses attempt to explain HOW and/or WHY they happen, and only when an hypothesis survives every attempt to disprove it and also successfully predicts new experimental observations can it be called a Theory).

  • Wow! There's people who still believe the abiogenic theory of oil formation?

  • Abiotic oil is most definitely a fact. The biotic theory of oil is largely based on 18th century speculative theory and nothing more. There are phenomenons that the biotic theory cannot explain but the abiotic theory can. The Russians have proved this theory true time and time again and its the only one that makes any sense.

  • Abiotic Oil Theory is the only one that makes sense because don't neglect 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.

  • I believe in abiotic theory just like I believe in creationist theory.

  • What abiotic?. No wonder you don't believe in it, it doesn't exist. But ABIOGENIC does exist. The Russians have been doing it and proving it for decades. Very unlike creationist theory, abiogenic oil exists.
