If you know music well you can handle the basics of any instrument. Music Theory is the key to that. It's all the same rules. Technique is though of course a different story.

It's not a piano, not a harpsichord, no an organ but a digital keyboard. If you play an instrument-any mind you-and know the basics of music theory, you can sit down and record basic easy keyboard parts. I am not implying that Wednesday knows how to sit down and play piano pieces etc. I am just saying he probably uses it to help songwrite etc.
