  • you must have auto steer? Im just wondering because i cant imagine being able to take your eyes off the head like you did.

  • @nathancmartz No autosteer in corn! Just good I guess.

  • i got to try a john deere but the steering seemed stiffer compared to the case 8120 that we have now

  • @Dfarms... how close do you plant your rows, it looks like you are alot closer than 30''. also what variety are you planting to get those great yields ranging around 250.. i plant 36'' rows , but plant about 5 seeds on a foot, to try and get to the 200 bushel range. but here in alabama it seems like you just cant get to 200 unless your sitting under a center pivot..

  • @garneer68 Thanks! They are nice especially when the corn got down to 13%

  • neat

  • how many times have you hit the unloader button accidentally? Maybe it is locked out part of the time? One of my few gripes on the 50 series and newer machines.

Great video, did you have the camera somehow mounted on your head??!!

  • Never, the button is actually recessed into the control multifunction control lever.

Thank you! I was actual holding the camera but I have now found a camera that I can put around my head so I don't have to hold it.

  • you guys think you will get everything out before next spring?

  • I would hope so we have all winter to work on it : )

I'm sure there will be more no-till strip-till done next spring than usual if we don't get enough tillage done.

  • Camera on the back of the combine is sweet!

  • Thanks, it's really nice for backing around the yard.

  • Cool view. I just wish it was ME running that 9650, instead of you. LOL!

  • We don't need storage because of our marketing strategy so we have never built any.

There are not even guy running beans here! I would hope it warms up a little so we can get the beans out.

  • First view! We had a good stretch of weather up here last week, about 90% of the beans came off. First of the week they were 18% but by the end of the week the beans were down to 12%. Saw some corn being combined a couple days ago, it was running 36%. Do you out that corn into your own bin dryer or haul it to an elevator?

  • and now it is bad weather again. i think we hae got about 1/2 of beans off, and 1/3 of wheat in.
