This video is fucking great! I came across it about a week ago, looking for motivation and have watched it again 4 or 5 times since. This is weird but, I'm about 5'5'' / 5'6'' and 110 Lbs. I'm a freshman and I have the biggest pects in my grade. And bigger than a lot of Sophmores :O

Dude, if you really want to know if something is genetic you need to get an entire screen. Trust me, I study genetics and there is no way anyone can say off the back like that if your weight is attributed to your genetic make-up or environment. it's always a combination of the both, but no one can give you the estimate like that.

Your father being a body builder doesn't add mean that your offspring will be stronger since bodybuilding etc. don't alter your germ cells genome.

@chris96kalonji i have bigger deltoids , i mean my deltoids responded very early to my training , i always visualized having round deltoids like kevin levrone , but they r not that much :( , but still i will say its genetics , i m 5'5 , and my shoulders responded gud to my training. however i have weak points like cutting in thighs , calf , bicep peak etc..so i have to work extra hard to really get to that genetic potential.

Lots of people think of Schwarzenegger as a joke, because what they know of him is limited to kindergarten cop and soundboards they use to make prank calls with his voice. In reality, he is an example for all of us; to have goals and dreams and chase them with everything we have. Very few of us will make even one of the many great achievements he has. In body building, in movies, in politics etc...

He aspired to become a legend, and thats exactly what he is.

If not for him, and the guys from the 70's, gyms, lifting weights, muscles, would probably be foregin to people. There'd be no gyms, muscular models, muscular action heroes, etc.

it does add emotion, there is no sweat on other parts of the face, just where tears are supposed to be.
