The active involvement of the CEO, instructors, staff, and students in all aspects of the life and work of Ayla Academy is very impressive.

I have visited many of the training schools in the Middle East and the facilities and ethos of school and the commitment of its leadership are outstanding. They are training pilots to be future managers and leaders and not just systems operators.
