After soaking the wick in fuel you light it and spin it fast for the burn off. They tell you not to do it in all the safety books. Apparently :-p
Thanks for the comments but I'm slightly mortified at this video! I had no idea the dudes filming would actually DO anything with the footage! This isn't proper spinning, all the moves you see are basic warm-up exercises, look at some of the other videos on here for really awesome fire-spinning!
