@Synester the venom gt is also 2500 pounds less with 650hp+ over the veyron. I don't have any dispute against the venom viper, as I dont know much about it and don't feel like looking it up. Though I will take a guess that it's much lighter than the veyron with equal to slightly more horsepower wrapped in cheap interior (vipers always had terrible interiors)?

VW purchased the rights to produce cars under the Bugatti marque in 1998, so it's germans who designed and own the veyron, and it has a engine from VW. The only thing the french do is bolt them together, but they don't have any influence in the design or development or what so ever, so it's a 100% german piece of engeneering.

It was the fastest car yeah. But now there is a Bugatti Veyron supersports with a new world record:431 km/h. The Bugatti can reach that speed time after time bud that uglly car can do that one time and then the engine is gone! Believe me the Bugatti Veyron is the best of his sort cuase he can reach 400 without losing the whole body kit and do that time after time. By the way he reach 100 km/h in 2.5 sec and that is a lot faster then the SSC. Thumb up when agree!
