The three big things are military spending (the biggest), Social Security, and Medicare/Medicaid. The small fourth thing? Everything else. @4everUSNavy Hey buddy, no. After the MIDTERM of Bush Jr.'s SECOND TERM, the liberals had the power. You are wrong- Bush continued to pass policies for 6 years. In his time as president he managed to raise the national debt to 11 trillion dollars up from 5 trillion, his approval rating was the worst of any president since Lyndon B. Johnson upon leaving office, he failed looking for "hidden nuclear weapons" that didn't exist, losing thousands of American lives in an unnecessary war, and more.

I have conservative beliefs but at least I can point out when a president did something great for our country without idiotically polarizing two sides that should be on the SAME SIDE. @4everUSNavy OK so the health care bill- idiot, the health reform has been on the US political agenda since Teddy Roosevelt and his progressive party in 1912, then with FDR in the New Deal, then with Truman and the Fair Deal, the Eisenhower's proposal of a federal reinsurance fund, military medi-care, AFL-CIO support of govt. health insurance, then the introduction of Medi-Care and Medi-Caid during Johnson's admin with Truman at his side, Clinton's Health Security Act, and then Obama came...

@4everUSNavy So Obama initiates the National Health Care Reform and then is enacted and passed by the Senate in March 2010. The Republicans took the midterm elections obviously and repealed the bill, before it was even put in place- this repeal is said to have cost the nation $210 billion.. talk about wasting money. The democrats will move swiftly to appeal this act and if they can, we are right back where we started. You don't know anything about what the Health Care Reform Bill even said.
