This guy doesn't have a clue what the constitution says. The constitution restricts the government from violating the rights in the document. Laws are there to prevent individuals from harming others. I'm a diesel mechanic, not an expert in constitutional law but that's my understanding of the situation.

@MaryJesusJoseph i thought about this too...the only thing i could come up with is they hope the subscribers would be upset with BART for not having their info better secured...and most of all cause the subscribers to drop their subscriptions due to them being hurt by BART, first by having their cells shut off and second by having their info displayed as a result. just a theory..
