@athinaPavl it's about this man who has short term memeory loss trying to find the guy who raped and murdered his wife. he uses notes and tattoos to keep vital info because he can't remember them. the story is told in reverse chronological order so it's veryyyy difficult to follow but it's one the best films I've ever seen. Christopher Nolan did this along with Inception and Dark Knight so you know it's going to be goood!!

@circasurvive04 You kinda follow the movie as if you were having short memorie as him. The whole movie is builed up with episodes, so to speak, starting from the ending, moving towards the start. But trust me, it IS worth watching.

"end of story shown at beginning of film" but it's not that simple. even though it's told in reverse, the conclusion (end of film) is surprising. there are 2 sequences of scenes revolving around 'Leonard' who is tracking the down the man who raped and killed his wife, also the one who "took away his fuckin memory." Masterpiece of a film, Christopher Nolan is a great story teller!!

I loved this movie. It took a couple times to watch it but when you encounter a thriller of this caliber there’s no harm in watching it a few times. I’ve been waiting for new thriller films like this and I think the industry may finally be releasing a new one. Joel Schumacher has a new film coming out called Trespass.
