4 billion for a place that wastes money... why? they could of at least build some skyscraper in the urban city that's tall.. at least with that project, vietnam would be noticed a bit more! or at least spent the money on the education system. even if the education crap doesnt do much, we have to wait.. good things come to those who waits!
short term, i just think that this project is a waste of money, why built a place that gives out money?? I'm against this project
@coolcoolcoolest It's up the MGM Corp to decide where they want to build. And I'm pretty sure they've done their researched of where they'll get the most tourist and money

I drove to Ho Tram today and saw about 200 pilings being driven in the ground. Something is happening here. If anyone hears more, would appreciate if you would reply to this post. Please facts only.

A ward chief said the project was stalled but he saw only the road a long time ago.

Can't find any progress photos. And some locals say that the project is at a dead stop.
Their view says that the project doesn't have all the needed permits but I think it is more likely available funding.
Mike himself stated that he had only 18 months of funding. Bloomberg looked at him kind of strangely.
