I love it. Damn I want to do a Crossfit program. I mean I know they say it's not a "program" and that you should always be doing different things, but I want to know what those things are and how and when to do them. Y aknow? I go to a gym and they have some stuff, but I really want to know how to do Crossfit
I go to my local park, where there are bars, a small hill and some boulders, and set up some circuits around the park. An example would be sprints up the hill stopping at the top to do five burpees and knee tuck jumps and repeating this 8-10 times. Then I might do box jumps onto a boulder 10 times and follow that with 10 pull ups, repeated for 4-5 rounds. After I might do 10 squat thrusts and 10 dips for 4-5 rounds. Parks usually allow for alot of creativity. Just take it slow at first.
If you can, go to a Crossfit gym and train with them. If not, go to the website. Crossfit has demos on how to properly do all of the exercises and gives the WOD (workout of the day)everyday. They give you everything you need. More power to you.

All women who do crossfit and actually do it (like you) and stick with it get in great shape...legs look great, nice tapered back and well proportioned...
