I was wondering why Jarre, Vangelis and Tangerine Dream would have teamed up. This piece would have made them proud though. Sounds great and it reminded me of some old classics I know. Nice one. In fact, it is neither vangelis, tangerine dream or not Jean Michel Jarre, who composed this beautiful song! they are cited for this piece + appears easily in search results. it is Yaary Erez, an Israeli who has written this piece in 1991. without citing the names of those who inspired him, nobody will know this wonderful music!
