  • Impressive dude but i think if you are going to do more competitions i think you are going to need to get a better chest it seems a bit small compared to your other muscle areas

  • his chest looks better in this one than the others

  • I love how so many people are complaining about how hes "wrong" and go watch this vid and this other vid. whatever this guy is doing. Its OBVIOUSLY working

  • @superstar14310 what im more concerned about is why were you staring at his dick

  • im amazed by how much shit you can actually make up O_O do you have ANY biochemical knowledge of how shit works in your body? all you got is hearsay, broscience and putting some puzzle pieces together to a really fucked up picture.

way to spread completely false info on topics on the internet that are already being "explained" (completely wrong like you) millions of times on those bodybuilding forums. even common sense should tell you that youre just plain wrong

  • i hate bodybuilders

  • @mitchellmyself

then why the fuck are you watching bodybuilder videos on youtube?

  • @aimarn was just about to ask him that :P

  • This guy literally has no idea what he is talking about...

  • haha everyone who tries to insult him get's pwnd instead xD Good job! :D

  • @the1sic :High intensity Resistance training*** to trigger afterburn

  • Cardio = Muscle loss

  • @PJmuscleworkout Wrong - /watch?v=nTDQVARSDNc

  • Lot of haters get up on your fat asses and let's see youse hit the gym and gain some muscle! Stop hating because you don't have the potential to succeed in building muscle if you sit on the couch all the time! Great physique and body man! Keep it going!

  • no offence but this guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

  • I think people greatly overestimate the body's propensity for burning muscle for calories. In reality this will only happen when you are starving or if your muscles are being unused.

  • nick...your fat my friend

  • you must get lots of pussy.

  • To be honest, I thought this dude would be an cocky asshole, but he surprised me.

  • Where do you get this information from? Everyone says you need HIGH intense cardio to trigger the afterburn effect...

  • nice tip, thank you. i've got some stomach fat there so this should be helpful thanks

  • @Killer95Wolf got some more low intensity cardio excercises? the gyms in my town are closed when i wake up and theres -25 celsius degrees outside so i think it might not be healthy to go out there doin cardio

  • i wouldn't call him a teen bodybuilder. he might think he is!

  • @FatArtie91 He won 4 natural teen titles, he is one of the few"youtube bodybuilders" who actually competes and does well

  • dude what. How long have you bin lifting for? I'm just as big and I just started like 4 months ago..Lol

  • Gay want to be Taylor lautner! Haha

  • @mdub095 You literally just insulted me for no reason.. Feel better?

  • @scondore Ignore the haters, I'd rather have a body like yours than Taylor lautner's body.

  • @mdub095 i dont think so, this guy is the real deal

  • @superstar14310 i didnt even notice his "boner" until u said something! that shows that you havent hit puberty and that your gay for noticing!

  • dude you still gotta lose some serious amount of fat for a competition

  • traps and sholder

  • I miss this Nick Wright.

  • y does ur chest look like that?

  • Do a video on how to cut.

  • lol nick wright u look like shit.

  • You said that if one does low intensity cardio, then one only burns fat, but keeps muscle? And one can even gain muscle?

I've heard many people say, that one cannot gain muscle and burn fat at once.

But if I do low intensity cardio on monday and still eat heavy for gaining muscle, and tuesday I do heavy weight lifting and still eat heavy for gaining muscle. Will I then be able to burn fat monday and gain muscle tuesday?

  • @superstar14310 If that's what your boner looks like, you need to hit puberty..

  • @scondore no no nick you got it all wrong... his talking bout my boner caz i gave it to him good

  • hey guys...its the quietest mother fucker ever... hafta turn that shit up

  • 60 min of walking a day? no. im a runner/biker. i take about 55 min to bike to school, 20 min to bike to the gym, 60-90 min at the gym, and then 45 min home. thats 120 min of "high intensity" (i bike pretty vigeresly) and im fine. i am pretty skinny but i have been doin this 2-3 times a week and im stillg aining weight. just gotta eat more!

  • if you were my son, id beat your little flabby ass up

  • what an absolute load of bollocks fartlek training is best for muscle maintanence which is y sprinters are still ripped and long distance runners look skinny

  • you won't go on catabolism if you will eat a good pre work out ( oat meals plus cassein proteins ) and after ur training a banana and then ur cardio , doing it before u won't burn fat , cause in the first 20 min u won't reach ur Aerobic system even u are keeping the right beats :D so this is not such a good think .... doing it in the morning on ur emty stomach could affect ur methabolism . is not a good idea for all the people ..

  • Sorry Nick mate, but this video is a bad idea because this argument is still constantly being debated and you could be giving amateurs the wrong advice. I agree with wasdare32. I WISH low intensity cardio wouldn't strip my muscle or i would ditch HIIT in a flash but i don't think that is the case. The same goes with cardio on an empty stomach.. still debatable. And you can't compare yourself to Ronnie, or Cutler because like what was mentioned above.. they are on major droids.

  • Yeah Dorian Yates only did walking as cardio. I just do a brisk walk or whatever.

  • @shadowknight132 :))) he doesn't need cardio , he is a fucking STEROID USER

  • @St3v3hk what makkes you say that?, he's not that big im his size (roughly) and natural

  • @1991cupid i'm not talking about this kid, he is not big at all ,he is a normal bb , i was speaking about dorian yates

  • @sovankendy Bro marathon runners are very lean but they are all bone. This is the point he is trying to make and it does make some sense.

  • how do you know what type of body do you have ?????

  • i not sure about low intensity workout cos thats what you do all day at work!! i think you need to do inutervals or uphill running for ten mins

  • @scondore Tried to send you some links to websites all over the internet supporting HIIT over LIT for superior fat burning and muscle building potential. But it wouldn't work through Youtube. Just do some simple internet searches and you'll understand how much better HIIT is.

  • @scondore If you are natural, then please don't compare yourself to bigs like ronnie coleman or cutler. They are on hardcore steroids, all of them. Low intensity cardio isn't as good as high intensity cardio, saying otherwise is like saying that you should do low reps of light weight to get the most out of a workout. Go hard, go all out, as hard as you can, in everything you do. Do heavy sprints instead of slow jogging, neither one of them burn muscle so don't worry.

  • haha so many haterz.... stop being douches

  • u sound like a douchebag

  • God Damn so many people hate on this video i swear, oh he's big he MUST be on steroids! Haha he must have a tiny penis, or ewww dude your body's wack it looks funny, or ehhh you don't got much muscle on you.

i bet more than half of ya'll guys that hate on this video are either Fat, or skinny as fuck, so shut the fuck up, UNLESS you have a BETTER body than him then maybe even maybe you can talk shit.

    (sigh)

  • @scondore i wouldnt use ifbb pros like those when they have as much cutters and gh as possible, All you need to say is that cardio with an elevated heart dipping into the oxidative energy system will burn fat.

  • theres been a lot of research out lately debunking fasted cardio. i know this video is old but if you havent seen it you might want to check it out

  • I NEVER hate on videos trying to educate people on bodybuilding/exercise, but this kid is an complete idiot. Just my opinion from experience

  • You have a wierd body dude. No offense, like you're not ripped for your weight training.

  • I hate the way some bodybuilders talk with there hands above there waists to make them look big or flex their biceps or something, its so annoying. They never just relax...fuck haha I mean yeah I suppose communication skills and shit but Nick man you over do it and end up looking like a bit of a douche

  • @mosiruane123 lol You're a fag.

  • your belly button......

  • Great.Anyway I like to say Thank a lot...

  • @scondore @ahmeddalshammari Dreams become reality when you first vision what u want out of life and then put the steps towards achieving that particular goal.

  • dont listen to the haters cuz..u got bodyspace?

  • i prefer Max Interval training seems to work better for me no idea why

  • expecially?

  • Since you're natural, why don't you ever list any natural bodybuilders as your inspiration? its like when I bought the John hansen 'Natural' bodybuilding book, yet all the pictures in it were known steroid users. Bit of a contradiction i think.

  • ima female and trying to lose some stomach fat. i have a pretty good diet but what workout can i do to lose the unwanted fat. please and thank you

  • @hokuplemdro High intensity interval training would be your best bet. Don't be afraid to bring in weight-lifting into your workout plan. When women weight-lift, they just get toned. They don't get big muscles and shit, babe. Trust me, I know. I've worked with a few chicks and seen some. They look exceptionally good too.

  • @dinamiaesthetics how many times a day should i be working out and for how long. btw thanks for the advice i would of never thought to add weights

  • @hokuplemdro Muscle is metabolic tissue. It's a passive burning of calories and will do much better than cardio in my opinion. All the women you see on treadmills for an hour is just too damn much. Than they go to the ab-machine ( lol???? ). You wanna' burn dat belly fat you've gotta have a good program. So the one I suggest will do you better and you'll look a hell of alot better too.

  • @dinamiaesthetics thank you so much. i would of never thought to use weights in my workouts. how many times should i work out a day/week n for how long??

  • @hokuplemdro You wanna' do an hour, babe. 40 minutes weight-lifting, 20 minutes high intensity training. You want to run really fast for 8 seconds, then moderately walk for a minute, then do 8 seconds of full intensity running really fast, then back again. You know the deal. 3 to 4 days a week. Do a full body-workout, no more than 2-3 sets total of low weight high reps. You're gonna' get toned and look better than doing a shit load of cardio like alot of women do. Trust me.

  • @dinamiaesthetics is there a video on youtube showing me what weights i should be lifting. i tried and hurt my back :/

  • @hokuplemdro Tons. But you should start low and build yourself up. Full body workouts will benefit you better than conventional ways. It'll go great with your goals. But I suggest and will forever that you start low to build up that strength needed to tone your body and gain that physique you want.

  • @dinamiaesthetics how do you know so much?? and do you have an email i can contact you at??

  • @dinamiaesthetics also how long till i see some results. im 115 pounds and 4'10

  • @hokuplemdro lOL, shory! Kidding, haha. You have to have a different mindset than that. Just think about it becoming your lifestyle and the results will come naturally. When you think about just waiting for the results, you're more likely to give up sooner than you thought. This is what I apply to myself and others who I workout with. Just think about it as a lifestyle, having fun and such. Then you wouldn't care much for the results.

  • @dinamiaesthetics do i need to focus on the amount of calories that i consume?? if so how much ??

  • @hokuplemdro IF your diet is well taken care of, don't worry about it.

  • This was very very helpful. Thank you Nick!

  • you should never ever do cardio before training, ever thought u wew ok till i heard that

  • Sorry dude. good try but you don't know what you're talking about. I can't even begin to start. First thing in the morning cardio on an empty stomach is actually more likely to start catabolism. The old adage of " you'll burn more fat cause you don't have any food in your system blah blah" is going to get you into or closer to catabolism, scientifically proven. Why wouldn't it? Quit regurgitating the crap from these forums you tout. Probably where you get your info,NOT from PUBLILSHED work

  • WTF ur a dumbass doing cardio b4 bed??? please don't listen to this dumb fuck take an actual college level kinesiology class before u listen to some dumb fuck who probably barely managed to pass high school

  • good info

  • u on the rt path lil homie but u should apply ur knowledge to urself a lil more,wk on ur chest n traps and tri's bro...the information ur giving IS tru tho

  • i have been a mailman for 19 years in which i walk everyday is that enough cardio for me or do i need more . i just want it for a toned body not for bodybuilding. I'm 42 its to late for bodybuilding.

  • @mailman248 never too late for bodybuilding. But this dude doesn't know what he's talking about trust me.

  • don't post a video with false info

  • @IceyNightmare For real.

  • Respond to this video... i know right

  • All bullshit. High Intensity doesnt burn muscle.

  • your not ripped up at all, you have lots of vascular fat

  • EVERYTHING this guy is saying is soo true. They are all facts follow what he's telling you and trust me you will be thanking him later!

  • arent you just a teen? do you have a certificate, a diploma, or anything to make you a person to give such advice to other people.

Here is some advice, running is not gonna burn your muscles, not if you eat enough protein.

  • @havoc151976 shut the fuck up

  • @slothies It isnt about how big he is dude, hes 19 and already got his diet in check and his intense training. Bodybuilding isnt just about how big you are. its a lifestyle and more than anything about diet! At competitions they dont rate you on size, its proportions more than anything. he's 19 imagine what this guy is going to be like at 25?

  • hey scondore, great vids man. im an upcoming promising teen bodybuilder myself getting into presonal training and yur video blogs really inspire me to do something similar. any advice on how to get started?? r u sponsored at all?? keep it up man

  • guys who bodybuild when they are young fuck up their body becasue they aren't fully developed.

  • hot ;)

  • Wtf With The Hate Comments Ya'll ARe Proberly Couch Potatoes Wtf Dude Lmao!

  • Woah ff Topic Butt Your Cute! Lol

  • im sorry nick but the idea that low intensity cardio burns only fat is a myth. no matter what time of cardio you do you are going to burn fat unless you have already taken in enough calories to fuel your body for your workout. As long as you eat enough protein throughout the day you will not lose to much muscle mass

  • this mother fucker is in no condition to give out advice

  • take off your shorts man and show us your real man muscle!!!!!

  • Dude i cant hear u

  • this is great but i disagree man, if you burn through glycogen while weightlifting you then will burn more fat after workout at slow cardio.

  • your lucky sir im 13 and worked out a year straight and ive been eating right and if i do snak its only fruit and im still fat ive gotten NO results!!

  • @alphawolfRidge Fruit is full of natural sugar... If your trying to lose weight ditch the fruit (Yes its healthy but not for fat loss) Work out your calorie maintenance and subtract 500-1000 calories depending how much muscle you wish to keep. Keep 60-70% of calories as protein, 20-30% Carbs and 10% fats. Refeed carbs every other weekend but dont go mad... Maybe 50% carbs for 2 days... Do hypertrophy workout split and maybe 20 mins cardio for a extra deficit.

  • @alphawolfRidge You're 13, you shouldn't be working out wait till you are atleast 16..

  • there is no such thing as calories from fat in the body dummy also high intensity cardio has an afterburn from raising your metabolic rate which is an effect where your body will keep on burning calories even when you're not excersicing and only have to do it for 20 mins in comparison to low intensity will only burn calories while you do it and will not burn enough calories unless you do it for hours so im sticking to high intensity ftw

  • this video = spoken like a true ectomorph

  • Im sorry but there is no such thing as hard gainer

  • @JCtherocks It's lingo term for an Ectormorph.. The body type that has the most difficulty in adding size weather it be muscle or fat. Aka hard gainer.. As apposed to an Endomorphic build that can gain size quickly but much of it is bodyfat etc..

  • @scondore I'm so glad you corrected this guy. People come online wanting to debate with their limited knowledge of a specific subject and miss the point all together. Instead of asking you what a hard gainer is, he challenges you. That is a textbook example of stupidity. Yet, you delivered an answer with grace. That's commendable.

  • @scondore I just started working out about 4 months ago. How do I know which I am? I mean, I'm pretty sure I'm having results, but it's all relative on others. I can't really tell and I don't remember "Did I have this kind of tricep pop?" etc etc. Is it any type of body that is hard or endo, or is one type has this, the other that?

  • dude i keep watching your videos and you say you`re eating like 8 meals a day!? i know nothing about body building so can you tell the types of meals that you eat?

  • @theyoyoyoyorobert high protein meals and snacks

  • @BJs4MePlz

Dang white boi wat part u from? I grew up wit buncha peeps rollin wit 17-20s arms for me 18 is no biggie dis dude sounds hella fake his voice tone changes errtyme its hella obvious

So fuck u fucking bitchass cunt homotits dick sucking motherfucker godam waste of life u fucking piece of shit ill murder u and eat u

And to nick props to u man for da hardwork I know it takes lotta work just keep it straight fam u don't got to be soundin alpha testosterone juicemonkey, good luck fam

  • @SivaTau26 why dont you speak fucking english ur nigger talk is "hella" retarded

  • @scondore

Hey Nick, I've always been a bit confused about low-intensity versus high-intensity cardio. Is it possible that for different somatotypes (i.e. ectomorph, mesomorph, etc.), cardio type will affect fat loss? I try to switch it up and do low-intensity in the morning for a longer duration and short (less than 30 min) of high-intensity at night. I feel like my body is adapting to both types of cardio.

  • @MRJ725 Bodybuilding isnt sprinting. you don't stay lean all year around. you don't grow when you stay at 7% bodyfat. you need a calorie surplus. Show me one bodybuilder that stays lean all year round. thought so.

    fucking noobs.

  • I don't understand your not even that big? You must be way under 6 ft your not that ripped? amazing

  • @slothies hes arond 5.7 or 5.8

  • So if low intesity cardio is better becouse u burn "more" fat than on HIT cardio, than why don't u recomend sleeping ?

  • @vbknez thats not what he is saying

  • @weatherley94 "keep your muscle on and burn fat " that's what Nick said why NOT to do HIT cardio(if i understood wright). Becouse hit cardio burn "all calories". well yeah it does burn them. And that's why marathon runners have all that muscle on them.

  • @vbknez yea thats it, HIT burns fat and muscle, low intensity burns just fat

  • @MRJ725 hey bud, bodybuilders such as Cutler, warren, greene, etc all way high 200s, cutler weighs about 290-300 at bout 3-4% off-season, they walk on stage at about 250-260 at about the same percent BF but theyre shredded, the difference?? WATER. So nick prolly is 5-9 here. Do some research. SO now that im done making you look like a fucking idiot, have a good one.

  • @MRJ725 he is educated. Bodybuilders arent marathon runners. Hes probably 5-9% body fat here..I could be wrong, but he has a 6 pack in off season so i cant be far off. And of course youre not the only one, aloota people disagree because they think because theyve researched wikipedia they know more than the guy next to them....nick knows.

  • You're one of the most informative bodybuilders out there. Thanks man! It really means a lot to me

  • i see that bike in the background, what kind is that ??

  • @MRJ725 its called off season bud, you ever seen him when hes a week away from steppin on stage?? He knows wth hes taking about

  • Niggah why u tryna sound deep voice.. u ain't big brah u jus embarassin yoself

Keep it real fam u got potential

  • @SivaTau26 LOL That's my voice... Idk what to tell you.

  • @scondore actually it kinda sounds like your using the lowest part of your vocal range all the time except from 2:14

  • Comment removed

  • @SivaTau26 your a fking idiot, he has 18 inch arms u whack job. l2p b4 you look like a noob.

this video is over a year old.

  • @SivaTau26 its called steroids

  • @SivaTau26 nigga.... you dumb

  • man, I'm so fucking confused...

But one thing I know for sure is that if I'm feeling good, I do HIIT, and if I'm feeling tired, I do long slow cardio

  • @scondore Nope, you body does not use calories to grow it uses satulite cells and mucle cells to fuse to recover muscle fibers, and the grouth of mucle is called hypertroph and that requires you to lift 85-75% of your 1RM. Please don't miss lead people man study some personal training man...

  • I have a question for you. I'm an endomorph and seem to add both muscle and fat quite quickly.. What type of cardio would you recommend for me, low intensity or interval training?

I really enjoy watching your videos by the way, they're very interesting to listen to

  • Ok, for all you guys who think muscle is burned during cardio think of it like this. The body OBVIOUSLY knows that muscle is important. So why in the hell would the body burn something important rather than something that is STORED ENERGY? That'd be like having a car run on oil instead of gasoline even though the tank is full >.> But if the car runs out of oil (muscle) it'll break down and WON'T RUN but if it runs out of gas(fat) it just STALLS. Hopefully someone will get this :|

  • @AncientHer0 But doesn't the body target muscle groups that aren't working during cardio work? For example, you go for a run. Your body needs energy and will use up whatever amount of carbs you put in that day or the day before. But after that runs out, the body will target muscle groups for energy. If it breaks down muscle there is much more energy to be gained than breaking down fat, right? So it'd make sense for the body to get 'eat' the muscles that it deems 'unimportant'.

  • @tehboxen Doesn't make logical sense to me, It's just my opinion tho. It just seems way too drastic for just a little bit of energy i mean we're not running a 20k marathon here were just doing some cardio for 30 minutes. Keep in mine 1 pound of fat is 3,500 calories worth of stored energy so why would the body use muscle unless your EXTREMELY lean i could see someone MAYBE tapping into about 100-200 calories worth of it depending on your cardio intensity level. I'm hoping someone gets the idea?

  • @AncientHer0 the body actually values fat over muscle you have it backwards buddy

  • @KellyK850 Link to study/source?

  • @jimbojoones SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBY :D

  • men..cardio is just an aerobic compilation of workouts that help you lose fat.It wont burn muscles...its different from circuit training.I have been doing cardio since 1 week and i have seen a very good difference in my body...i had 2 pac abs and now i can softly see my 4 pack...but also im eating a lot of vegetables and fruits and i drink a lot of juices...also TONS OF WATER!

  • @scondore u both are right :)

  • @jimbojoones scooby could fuck this overrated cunt up, people chose him because he is endorsed,

  • @scondore only if you run numerous miles a day where you have no fat left, THEN you start losing muscle. running will not make you lose muscle if it's only 3 days a week for 45minutes, if you eat your 6-8 meals a day.

  • if you were to walk on the treadmill, would you put it on high incline, or leave it flat to get the most fat loss??

  • @poseidon2267 incline, duh. the harder it is, the better it is.

  • @scondore It literally burns muscle - primary fuel source is glucose in your blood - then comes glycogen - then muscle - then fat. Muscle is broken down to amino acids which feed into the citric acid cycle to create ATP via ETC.

  • WOW! smart kid! he knows a lot for his age -- seems like a pretty cool guy, too
