well yes because of all the features but if you ask me i think that the iphone is a better purchase because the cellular signal always being there i hope that the help but if you only what movies music and photos then keep the ipod:)

you don't need a credit card to an account. you can skip that.

for me it was kinda difficult figuring out how to skip that step, but yeah you dont need a credit card. that's why there's gift cards. that's what i use.

Most likely it will run out just as far as it would if you had a laptop or normal pc connected to it. Normally about 100m not miles! wont be able to roam for very far

i was just on the itunes store the other day and my brotehr wanted me to make him an account....turns out you do not need a credit card number anymore to make an account...you just leave it blank or skip it and it still makes your account and you can download free apps for your ipod touch

and then when u find the picture u want

hold ur finger on the picture for about 3 seconds and it will say save picture

then u go to ur pictures then u just set as ur background =] :D

Wifi is just a wireless connection, if you don't have a cord connected to xbox for live, and instead you have a wireless connection, then you have wifi

Just to let everyone know, you do NOT need a credit card if you buy an iTunes card and type in the code when creating your account.

When you go to create your Apple account, it will have a place to fill in credit card information and an iTunes card code. If you only fill in the code, along with all other personal info., it should work.

You actually don't need a credit card to make an iTunes account. There is a tutorial one the apple website on how to make one. You basically have to try to download a free app from iTunes on your computer and then when it asks you to log in, you hit Create New Account

When you play songs on the go (and your iPod is in your poket) does the song change it self when you have it in your playlist, so you don't have to take it out?

and also can you arrange songs on the playlist you will make?
