Good point, amazing as it might seem, there are indications that even some people who receive Medicare benefits do not realize that it is a federal program. Also, I don't think that there are many people opposed to VA benefits or the need for the CDC, so I'd say that probably 99% of the voters support some significant degree of federal governmental involvement in health care.
