I've been wanting to try a set of those. He scored a couple of the original winding machines that were used to make the original PAF's. Those pickups must be sweet. They'll probably be the next pair I buy (when I get another LP-style axe - My current one has Duncan Seth Lovers and I ain't changing 'em). That R9 you used on the Pro Bender vid is beautiful.
it definitely takes a few tries to get used to cranking an amp like this
the first few times it most likely will scare you but after a few times you'll get used to it and start to realize that the killer tone your hearing is actually you playin!
