  • i hate to be "that guy" but what snare are you using?

  • @dinoarms Yamaha Brass 14x5.5 with Die-Cast hoops

  • at this rate, any machine shop worker or mechanic who's also a drummer can make his own cymbals !..these are an interesting concept in cymbals , but i don't see any versatility in them..the break beats he was playing here seem to fit with these cymbals nicely , and maybe even some jazz or electronic music, but that's it ..still..very interesting ..wonder if they make any "REGULAR" CYMBALS?

  • @blica1 REGULAR? Who needs regular when you got ideas as awesome as these?

  • i thought these went on hi hats

  • It's very stable if mounted from 2 points. Try borrowing memory locks not in use. A 2 point spread out will prevent the swiveling-- ideal spacie for is 5 or 6 ". It also makes a nice crasher on Hi-hats.

    12" size is fairly thin.

The cord is Spectra from Dupont. Stronger than kevlar. We have no breakages in over 2 years now.

    Thanks!!!

    Hammerax

ps- FYI- The 9" Skyhat is now back in production. Available asap.

  • @Anteater64 You didn't wach the whole video, did you? ... noob.

  • what is the little splash looking one?

  • Hammerax 9" Sky Hats, which are no longer made in this size.

  • he didnt put it down on any of the drums tho

  • I like it...it just looks especially hard to control. Hammerax makes some awesome cymbals but i dont know when i would ever use most of them. Great stuff.

  • i like when you hit the cymbal stand

  • that looks so tricky to try to hit.. haha
