he is one of the best midfielders in the world. defiantly top 10 material. He doesn't start for spain because they have some world class midfield. Xavi,Senna,Silva,Inestia..Arte­ta is a great midfielder and he is not even on the team.

o and if you watched Euro 2008, cesc played a huge part and was IMO the best player of the match even if he came on as a sub.

he started in the final against Germany if i recall. He is only 21 and the captain of Arsenal.Won game v Italy. huge achievements IMO.
