although #13 might seem ridiculous, you have to remember he went straight from high school. 17 years, never played on college level (less physical and all-around competition), not even fully grown body yet, tons of unknown quantities. whoever picked him took a huge risk. and most high-draft-pick club simply need a sudden and comparatively certain push of quality in their roster. it all makes sense.
