Wasn't GWD added after GE was released? Cuz i remember before GE came out, when I was playing Pest Control (before when the XP reward was actually good), most people had fighter's torso, dragon platelegs (being the best non-degrading legs at the time), and rune boots (d boots hadn't been released).

PS. D boots are only dropped by spiritual mages which came with GWD.
