you have to play with the clips brightness&contrast, then set up 2 clips (1 being the singing clip, and the one underneath what you want in the background) then go to the settings of the one on top, and go into Chroma keyer, & play with the colors triangle & the High&Low options below until you get the desired look, then go into pan&crop (the square at the end of the clip) and move the clip so its to the side

ok im asuming you use sonyvegas. what you do you get 2 clips (the dancing vid i put on top) & the sparkles on the bottom, then i go to the FX effects of the top clip, and go over to CHROMA KEYER you will see a rectangle with colors move your cursor until you see what you want to see on ur preview

as for the color i just used color balance ;p

use chroma keyer on the video ur gonna take bits out off to add the other clip underneatrh and have it seen, or u can also use the image cutter, or even on the pan/crop screen u have cut & feather it.. chroma keyer is easier thougH!
