I can agree with that majorly. I went to Projekt Revolution hosted by Linkin Park, and thought the show was INCREDIBLE, and then I saw Switchfoot (seen 'em twice XD) and they blew every other live band I've seen outta the water. It was so legit, at the last chords of American Dream, Jon put down his guitar, took a drumstick and cymbal piece from the drums, and started banging on it, spinning around, while the strobe light was going. That pretty much defines epic =D

Well, religion in a sense is more ritualistic than anything. I grew up Nazarene. It was full of "do's and don't's" and many of them had nothing to do with what the bible said. They were just things that the 'Board' did or didn't like.

My father was raised catholic. I'm my opinion, that is a corrupt system. Any time you have someone (the preist) standing between you Jesus and God, you're reaching borderline cultism. That's a bold statement. But I think it's a truth -and unbiblical.

I meant that religion is like modern-day Pharisees. They made a bunch of rules, and made outrageous expansions and "interpretations' of God's law, and Jesus spoke out against them and said that they were just in it to have control over others and feel that they were better than others.

And religion is doing a lot of that.
