congrats on the kid going to kindergarten! i'd love to help out anyone i can in the military, fallen or no i have great respect for them...it's funny how since obama's been in office we have had more deaths than under Bush but where is it on the media???? they all protested before about how many American's were dying but now there are even greater numbers but no mention...also how much they "care" soldiers have died but then don't treat them or their families better than a peice of dirt!

I'm surprised that u didn't know about the Patriot Guard.

Historically motorcyclists & current or former military personnel have always shared a common bond. This goes back to the very beginning of motorcycling iirc. Something to do with the "adrenaline rush" that motorcyclists & military personnel seem to revel in. Also the persistent vulnerability of members of both communities [often thru no fault of their own] is another mutually understood experience :-)

We are so connected as a group now I think we look out for one another.

Some day I will take my last ride, hopefully a lot of years from now. I hope when that time comes I have a bunch of people that miss me. That is really the greatest honor I could ever think of.

I can't speak for everyone that knows you SR,but when that last ride is rolling, where will be many people saddend and and also touched by your kindness, love for life and love for your fellow man. I for one will have a tear in my eye but a smile on my face thinking about all the great memories and good times we had.
