Helenius looks like he has some talent but has undeveloped skill. He shows a great jab and nice right to the body ever now and then but somebody his height is going to look, clumsy or awkward unless it's Vlad Klitschko, who actually moves well for his size. I like the body attack most tall fighters won't throw to the body.

It can't be a good fight, when the opponent is running away all the time. Bidenke is throwing about 5 punches a round. That'S really lame.
Helenius is a good fighter, but he needs to work out a little bit more to keep some agility.

Once sparred with Helenius when he was just about to turn pro, he took it pretty low intensity but yes he CAN punch well to the body ;)
