No evidence for god, just presuppositions, arguments from ignorance and special pleading---all rooted in an emotional need for there to be a god. It all culminates in the belief in impossible nonsense for no good reason.
Well I just came across this video and well I'm catholic and well believe that the big bang happened and then the big bang created god...that's my thought ....

well I posted my comment nearly 2 1/2 years ago and since then my view on God and the Christian faith in general has changed drastically I stand by my comment of "there must be more than molecules, bacteria etc" but I dont think its because of an almighty God. lets say god created everything, that means god created evil and good, that means he couldnt have been that when he made it. if he created everything he must have created logic too, which means he was illogical. if he created time, space and etc, means he existed before that. if he is all knowing, it means he knows whats gonna happen every single day, every detail in every dimension, which means he would know his faith in every single place, which he created.

An omnipotent god that creates a chaotic universe is responsible for it's creation actions or it's illogical.Creating the universe knowing that it will be all chaotic before creating it is illogical. So an omnipotent god can do anything but has no logic in why he created it in the first place.If a god created Satan but knows he will prevail in the end, what's the point of his creation? Which is not the Christian way, thats not how Christ taught us to live, he taught us to tolerate others no matter there beliefs and love them unconditionally as he loved us and to pray they find God.

First off my fellow Christians and Muslims. All the statements you are stating are from the bible right? The bible says this and the bible says that. Now, who wrote your guys bible? For Catholics it was jesus's messenger. When I ask people why the bible states GOD will send GAYS to hell, I get the answer like the bible was corrupted during the time it was passed along from one messenger to the next. up until 3:50 at that point he begins to come across as an angry Christian condemning all non believers. Which is not the Christian way, thats not how Christ taught us to live, he taught us to tolerate others no matter there beliefs and love them unconditionally as he loved us and to pray they find God.
And after 3:50 I think the opposite of that message begins to form and it really saddens me...

I would like to challenge you to do some research on the Islamic religion... because in the original Islamic text it basically states that Christians are basically right they are just missing a few crucial things but they are almost there(that is a paraphrase of course and some current Islamic groups don't believe this) Also in the Islamic relgion if you look... Dear netjret! We came from evolution!! Look around you, everything evolves, it just takes time. Science CAN prove that we evolve into human beings, can GOD prove how he created us beside the words stated in the bible which was written by human beings?? Everything in the bible can't prove what it states, but learn your science and it can prove why life is life. GOD is selfish, he wants everybody to love him. conciquence, god is a universal set of powers.
but a universal set cannot exist, it means a universal set of powers cannot exist, which means no omnipotent being cannot exist thus, meaning GOD CONNOT EXIST

well for one the earth is not perfect...how is a universe just created no scientific evidence can prove exactly how the universe was created so there must be something other than molecules,bacteria etc...the reason why most people dont believe in god is because they cant get past their own selfish selfcentered ways to understand that their is something greater than what they know and understand and they feel theartned that all they thought they knew about creation may not be compelety right

The universe is infinite. The universe has lasted forever, big banging and big crunching. So there is an infinite amount of possibility for a 'perfect planet' like ours to exist.
Thats pretty big. I'd go with those odds over the odds of some physically impossible god creating matter out of nothing (impossible) and energy out of nothing (impossible).
Until 'God' comes and explains to me how he and the bible are physically possible, I will be atheist.

great faith in what? something that is physically impossible? A flying spaghetti monster is more possible than the god the Bible portrays. The laws of conservation of mass state that no mass can be created or destroyed. So your 'god' could not have 'created' the universe.
and that quote from the bible (the fool one) is a quote from the bible. Who wrote the bible? not any god. Not any child of a god. It was a man who wrote it years after 'jesus'. It might have been a fictional novel. Who knows?

Actually the universe is most likey finite, if i told you i had just counted from zero to infinity you would call me a lier. I am also an athiest most of this religious stuff doesn't add up. Even if i did believe in God how would i know which is correct? If this god was to exsist he wouldnt manifest himself in the ways that our religions say he does thats just humans needing a comfort blanket.

God created the world perfect the garden of Eden was a paradise where Adam&Eve walked w/God. When they disobeyed God's command they brought sin into the world.
