On the Motorola w385, when you're in the texting thing, it's they button on the bottom left, with the star and that other symbol. (That changes through some options.) But, in order to get that t9 word or whatever it is... When you're in a new text message box, click options and go to the bottom, it'll say text setup, on primary setup select iTap English...
