  • Rifftrax Ad In Top Right Of Screen. Win

  • You know, they actually used the Thunderdome joke in an earlier episode. I can't remember which one now, but this wasn't the first time.

  • 0:49 What movie had the lizard person on fire? :?

  • I actually saw part of this film while on vacation once! X-0 Worst part, I didn't have any robots to help me crack jokes about it. XP

  • was this traces last episode?

  • @drod843 Yes. What an exit! But I actually missed him more than Joel

  • Tothink Irwin Yablans was associated with this piece fo shit, the same year he financed the GREATEST horror film ever, "Halloween" (1978).

    "As doctor casaba mellon"

    Love the Kraftwerk reference.

    "Edward CD player Hand"

  • How many people can proudly say they reenacted that thunderdome "trap" before they died? I have! I have! XD

  • I said, "Thunderdome" in a sentence the other day...

  • I've never seen this show before, but searched it out because of Opie and Anthony. Anyway, that Thunderdome joke was so fucking awful. And I loved it haha.

  • We've tied mike up and jammed an oily rag in his mouth to bring you the following joke!

  • TV's Frank was a writer for Invader Zim. Awesome!

  • hey Yetle, u left ur shell in the ship. LOL

  • :| That first joke.. that was painful. XD

  • cambot said kill yourself

  • Mike's Picard Maneuver is impeccable 8)

  • How do these people get pop up ads on movies played without copyrights? I'm not bitching I glad the movies are here. I just wonder.

  • Oh so THAT'S where Spoony got that stupid joke.

  • @GreenGearMood Lol, is Spoony rippin' of material?

  • Comedy Central should bring back the show.

  • @SuperIlluminaughty Was this show originally aired on Comedy Central? For some reason, I felt like this would have been on Nickelodeon.

  • One time years ago, I told my sister that she could dress up as Pearl from MST3K and she got really, really pissed at me.

  • I love these aliens. They're beyond a doubt the best part of this movie.

  • Say, Crow and Tom have no functional arms, so how did they manage to tie up Mike....? er...err...err.. Never mind.... ...ahem.

  • I thought this movie was pretty good... Oh wait... Were the voices added in? Jk MST3K 4 EVER

  • 5:30

It's funny because he has two hours.

  • can we please just get BEYOND thunderdome?

  • this is eddie deezen's first film!

  • I gotta say, I love Joel and Bill's Crow but the combo of Trace's Crow, Mike and Servo make up my favourite episodes.

  • If you ever go down to the willy swamp........

  • Comment removed

  • It looks like Trent Reznor ran out of gas...poor guy.

  • I just know Mike's used the "... *point* engage" bit again, but I can't remember when else.

  • @PaperbackWizard you might be thinking of the Deadly Mantis Episode. The beginning involved Bobo and peanut fixing a thermal nuclear device and are about to destroy the earth. The nanites fix the ship and Mike does the engage point before remember he has to drive

  • Man, Viacom is on the rampage again. :(

  • Does anyone else think this may be the best version of the theme song Other than the part where Dr. F says "Did I tell you my mother's here?" I love the harmony on "and I'll Monitor his mind" part.

  • @trapadoored Did you know that is Mike Nelson singing said theme song???

  • @montyburns9999

of course! you're talking to someone who's had the clowns in the sky cds since 97-98.

  • @trapadoored OK... clearly I have met a superior MSTie. Still working at my MST3K black belt... I do have 76 episodes on DVD now!!!

  • @montyburns9999 -well , either I'm a superior MSTie or I was a huge dork in high school! Actually, I'm a poseur compared to the old school folks, since I officially "became" a MSTie n 97 which was already season 8.but since the advent of youtube and all the MSTies that's spawned I've felt like a veteran -just because I watched it when it was "on".

  • @trapadoored I watched the syndication and new ones back in the late 90s too, but then didn't watch it for a while... till YouTube came along and then I got so addicted I started buying some DVDs. (Hint, hint, Viacom... free marketing!) Good to hear from another MSTie though. I am an MST dork, and very proud of it.

  • @trapadoored you're still a dork...but like they say it takes one to know one o_^ . The only episode of MST3K i watched during the 90's was SQUIRM...and still i felt as if I had watched the entire 10 seasons in that one episode. It takes a erudite individual to grasp the genius that it MST3K. You my friend are one of the rare few. ~Reveng3 of the N3rds~

MST3K Comeback in 2012: You heard it here first.

  • I really think we need to get Beyond Thunderdome...

  • I remember seeing this at the 99 cent matinee when i was 7 or 8. To a kid this was pretty cool. Looking at it now - man, what a stinker!

  • Poor Mike. He doesn't get any respect. :P

  • did these 3 guys make RiffTrax?

  • @totaldramaisland2016

Yes, (Mike, Crow, Servo) did, awesome huh?

  • @totaldramaisland2016 Yes they did.

  • @totaldramaisland2016 yeah, they did

  • Who would've ever believe that Laserblast inspired a blockbuster like Cowboys and Aliens? :-P

  • @Fielding44 did it? come on, theres already "cowboys and dinosaurs, cowboys and robots, cowboys and ninjas" whats next?

  • @Fielding44 Well, the guy looks like he either has a mega-Pipboy or that laser gauntlet from C&A.

  • @Fielding44 It did? How do you figure?

  • Servo: You are the Wynn beneath my Keenan. ROFLMAO! XDXDXDXDXD

  • The sad thing is, I only JUST noticed this has the same music as 'Robot Holocaust'.

  • @ironychan Even more sad? I just realized it when I read your comment...Same music!

  • Great quality for VHS.

    ROXIE!!

  • Trent Reznor riff FTW!!!!

  • Hey Wally, come out here help me find Roswell!

  • Can't we just get beyond the "can't we just get beyond Thunderdome" joke?

  • Welcome to the S.O.L. The satelite of laughs as we call it! LOL

  • I love this!

    "I think I found Frank."

"No that's just his spare head."

They just act so normal during all of that!

  • An ad pops up sayiing "Mike Nelson's Rifftrax". I think it's so great they've continued this style of comedy post-MST3k. I hope they never go out of style.

I just had a premonition of myself in the future psychically loggin onto iMDB to the headline "Michael J. Nelson, 1964-2204" and my kids wondering why I'm crying over some old comedian (like my parents do today). May such a vision never come to pass.

  • @amcint01 At least he'll have lived to the ripe old age of 240 years old lol.

You should check out "The Film Crew" episodes. There's four of them. It's Bill, Mike, and Kevin. No silhouettes though but it's still good as ever. They may even have them on here. Joel, Frank, Mary Jo, and Trace do Cinematic Titanic. RiffTrax has many riffs to buy (just know you have to have the actual movie yourself) and they do live shows/live broadcasts.

Hooked since I was a kid. I hope it never ends either.

  • Edward CDplayerhand

  • Where's Frank?

  • @GSJacket

He died at the end of season six.

  • McKendree Spring? Now THAT's obscure!

  • I got to see the rerun's of MST on the sci-fi channel when I was little, but let me tell you guys MST3000 has newer and newer fans all the time, and that‘s our seed for Cinematic Titanic and Riff Trax.

May Misties everywhere live long and prosper ..and always have clean socks.

  • Keenan Wynn appeared in the excellent Twilight Zone episode 'A World of His Own' - and even got the better of Rod Serling!

  • Gianni Russo was actually in The Godfather, oh how the mighty have fallen

  • was this the last episode or something?

  • @RenzokukenLionheart It was supposed to be because Comedy Central dropped them but they were picked up by the Sci-Fi channel. So yes and no. They thought it was.

  • @RenzokukenLionheart No. Just the last episode with Trace Beaulieu playing Dr. Forrester/Crow.

  • this is the 3rd different theme song ive heard. how many different ones were there?

  • I know it's just a show, but I kind of resent how they don't know who Dennis Burkley is. No one plays a comical redneck better than Dennis Burkley.

  • I was actually able to use the beyond thunderdome without having someone set up the joke over the summer. Someone had commented on a photo of a bike commuter expressing skepticism over if he had a job, someone replied "someone's gotta work at the thunderdome." Life has been different since then.

  • I saw a Wolman drinking a pina colada at Trader Vick's.

  • @Casey5693 His hair was perfect~

  • @RanMouri82 Nip!

  • I swear cambot says "kill yourself'"

  • @stubrother i swear i heard that too.

  • Im no trecky but at 5:15 it looks like a star trek button thingy on crow?

  • That's it! Go to your rooms! Both of you!

  • The 3rd and definitely saddest ending:

    1. Joel leaves

    2. TV Frank leaves

    3. the end of the series and Dr. Forrester does not return to the series on Sci Fi channel. It was a big disappointment!!!

I adjusted somewhat but never the same show for me!!!

  • did he reference wall-e even though that movie wouldn't come out until 2008?

  • umbilicus reminds me of event horizon.

  • Engage!

    Captain Picard, done proud.

  • And...action.

    ...

    Cut! Beautiful.

  • Edward CD Player hand lmao

  • Does anybody know which episode the giant Tom Servo is from? I can't seem to find out.

  • @ZeppoThePuppetMan "High School Big Shot"

  • @Applemask Thank you.

  • "Roooxyyyyy!!"

  • Edward CDPlayerhands. I want that as an actual movie, NOW.

  • Amazingly, Crow even riffs on "Robot Holocaust" yet nobody seemed to notice this movie has the EXACT SAME OPENING THEME.

  • Ah man, Autobahn, by Kraftwerk RULES!

  • Wow, I haven't seen a situation so craptacular since that thunderdome fiasco.

  • "It looks like trent reznor ran out of gas" LOL!

  • "Terrible name for laser eye surgery, scares away the customers."

"These credits give you chance to finish your popcorn, talk a little, and decide to see another movie."

    "Edward CD player hand."

"Remember when we were over there? That was a good part of a movie."

  • "Hey, Yertle!" How often do you get in a good Dr. Suess reference?

  • 706 episodes? god damn

  • @comickrew Season 7, Episode 06

  • Trying hard not to read comments before watching:P

  • I like how Mary Jo's butt looks in her jeans around 4:52. What can I say, I like my women healthy. :-)

  • *Eddie Deezen*

Oh, so you know it won't be funny.

Wow. Roddy McDowall AND Dave Allen.

  • I ve never understood the premise of getting on the messageboard of a show you dislike. It's a complete douche move but there are plenty of douches in the world

  • LOL,man why'd they ever take this off the Sci Fi Channel? I wish they'd bring it back.

  • -...A've gut ta hiv moor tame!

Mr. Scotty was truly the most memorable voice of the crew. lol

  • Thanks for the upload!

  • YES!!! Eddie Deezen is in this!!! Prepare to be entertained!!!

  • "This music has a kind of Hawkwind undertone, doesn't it?"

"Actually, I think it has kind of a (Mike rattles off as many prog-rockers as he can, since he's quite the music expert) undertone."

    -MINESWEEP

  • lol the hulk lost weight

  • @CabooseTKr this is the final seas0n N0T the 0riginal

  • funny thing is, they actually managed to use that thunderdome joke in a rifftrax ep. can't remember which one, though.

  • Laserblast is a FullMoon Entertainment movie. SWEET!

  • edward cd player hand LOL

  • "Roooxy!" HAHAHHA!!!

  • looks like Trent Reznor ran out of gas

  • "Norelco's plan for world domination!" LMAO!!!

  • I remember how sad it was the evening I recorded this, knowing it was the series finale. (Before Sci-Fi picked it up.) My whole family and I gathered to watch it.

And I just noticed, is that Mike also singing the theme song?

  • @MikeAM78 Yep.

  • edward cd playerhand

    ahahahahahahaha

  • uhm...how the hell did i get here and wtf is this

  • .......Engage

  • @sanska LOL, I actually liked it a little, it doesn't deserve to be in the 50 worst movies rating, there is a whole lot of stuff that I've watched that was less entertaining. The MST3K treatment of course helps tremendously.

  • this movie looks too high budget to rank in the imdb.com top 50 worst movies, must get really bad, we shall see, thanks for posting

  • Wait is Pearl the Doctor's mom?

  • engage

  • I still don't get the point of the Alaskan accents, but it's still hilarious.

  • @QuikVidGuy Alaskan? it's scottish, they are making fun of star trek

  • @charger619c Are you an idiot? I mean the Alaskan accents they use all the time. Such as at 7:21.

  • @QuikVidGuy that's not alaskan you dumbfuck, just because you heard sarah palin talking like that. it's midwestern you fucking tard.

  • @QuikVidGuy That's midwestern. Minnesotan, specifically. Watch Fargo for a Nothh Dakotan accent. It's similar.

  • edward cd player hand* lolololololol lmfao

is it weird that I'm not even 20 and I know almost all the bands that he listed there.

    GO KRAFTWERK!

  • Oh, come on. Can't we just get beyond Thunderdome?

  • @ChaoticYak I have done this XD

  • I hope they come to our town and help us to party down...

  • At the beginning, Cambot says "kill yourself"

  • @awsomater "Show yourself"

  • @awsomater OMG I KNOW i noticed that like 5 weeks ago and i was like "wtf did he just say for me to kill myself"

  • @clovestl I thought he said 'kill yourself' up until about five weeks ago and I've been watching this show for years, glad to know I'm not alone on this, hahahaha...

  • @awsomater -and if you play it backwards he`s saying the lyrics to Stairway to Heaven.

  • That one guy (Kim Milford) reminds me of Mark Hammill here...he WAS in a movie with Mark, "Corvette Summer"...

    And Eddie Deezen?! ROCK!!!

  • "no mother that's frank's spare head."

  • i just don't know if you're ready for some football...

    XD

  • mike is teh sex!

  • Edward CD-player Hand!!!

  • "You are the Wynn beneath my Keenan"

    LOL

  • We have foreshadowing of Mike's eventual transformation. I love that little jumpsuit tug he does.

  • when does pearl and the other two guys replace the scientist?

  • @DerQuails I think it's after this one and when the SyFy episodes start. She says that after Clayton reverts to infanthood, she couldn't stand him anymore, so she smothers him.

  • The aliens are the best part of the whole movie :D

  • Am I the only one to notice that Laserblast and Robot Holocaust have the same music? I mean, exactly the same music.

  • Charles Band... I think I've seen his name attached to other crappy movies. "The End of the World" with Christopher Lee, for example. A boring movie, in which you barely see Lee.

  • BEST SHOW EVER. god hates me because this show is cancelled D:

  • crazy and fun, just like my work place.

Not kidding, I used to work in construction dept. of AT&T. The line crews & cable splicers were some really wild guys to say the least.

  • Dr. F had funding?

  • Remember when he was over there? That was a good part of the movie. :D

  • i REALLY hope someone says "thunderdome" in my presance at some point. i WILL make that gag, i promise you.

  • @Capstain259

Oh come now Capstain259, can't we all just get beyond thunderdome?

  • ...you son of a bitch.

  • heh, "gag".

  • One of the best MST's.

    Here's my favorite list:

    Merlins Shop of Mystical Wonders

    Boggy Creek II

    Space Mutiny

    Laserblast

    Time of The Apes

    Puma Man

    Cave Dwellers

  • Boy, it must have sucked for those construction workers who had to be-on thunderdome.

  • "Great, E.T. phones home, and he's not here!"

  • I've always wondered.. what exactly does Cambot say in the opening credits?

  • I think Cambot said "Kill yourself."

  • It's "Show yourself". I really thought it was kill yourself too but its Show yourself

  • Huh. I always thought it was "kill yourself" also.
