He sees it as just like Michael Jackson where people flipped sides when he died.
@h3lblad3 Are you retarded or something? He was the PERFECT person to have in office. Why? He avoided nuclear annihilation during the cuban missle crisis, because he refused to invade cuba. If he had we wouldn't be here right now, he was a good man and a good president who was taken from us long before he should have been. How much you wanna bet we wouldn't have gotten involved in vietnam if he lived? We wouldn't have gone in and gotten involved in a senseless war for made up reasons.
Obama is the man. I'm a Republican and I voted for the guy. People criticize him about gthe economy, but Bush left a huge mess. Obama will turn things around. I know he will. I know he will. The GOP can suck an egg, and that's coming from a Republican.
@pluto4847 Wow...cannot tell you how cool that is to hear from a Republican...you are literally the FIRST one I have run across in 2 years to say that, it's appreciated..I agree, I stand behind the man. If Barack makes a mistake, it is up to the people and media to show him that mistake - preferably during his turn.
Just because you agree with someone, doesn't mean you have to cut him some slack.
5 stars for the presentation and message, minus one for the extremism.=4
Russia, Venezuela is Saber rattling now. What is he going to do? Appease to them so that American military can fight a smart war instead fighting the old dumb bullies? Can you answer that?
you're right, what we should have done is put a bullet through the white house office in 2001 and maybe we would have been better off and not needing superheroes in the first place. yep, i went there :) in any other country, bush would have been shot.
Poor puppet. Didn't Bill Clinton shoot missles in Iraq in '98 and say Iraq had WMD's. He also raised lending practices from 14 to 1 to 40 to 1, giving loans to people that don't qualify. Pelosi, Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Hillary, etc are all on record saying Iraq has WMD's. They reviewed the same intell as Bush. But since you're the media's Bitch and can't think for yourself. Everything is Bush's fault.
oh I dont just blame Bush...there's a good few hundred people who work the scenes behind him who are alllll to blame. But comparing the mistakes of bush's people to clinton's (and there were some) is like comparing a categroy 5 typhoon to a spring shower.
Tell me facts that you blame Bush for, not liberal media propaganda. Gas prices, Bush tried to drill in off the coast in '01. Fannie and Frediie, he said reform should be soon in '02 and Republicans had a vote to reform in '03 and Democrats shot it down. Please tell me some facts.
I think the above video points out the most major thing i can blame bush for; pushing the US into the first unprovoked war it has ever entered. That mistake should have any president impeached, regardless of whether the mistake was his own, or committed by someone responsible for intelligence errors in his administration. A leader is held accountable.
MishMosh, You're a much bigger puppet repeating that idiotic argument every Bush apologist uses. There's no comparison between Clinton shooting missiles at Iraq and Bush launching a full-scale ground war severely exhausting USA's military and treasury for almost 6 years so far, and just because Clinton (or anyone else) said Saddam had WMD doesn't mean they would have opted for Bush's disastrous "solution", nor does anything they said excuse Bush's actions.
Oh padre Puppet. All of your Democrat heroes agreed Hussein was a threat and needed to be taken out. They reviewed the same intell as Bush. When the intell was wrong, they stuck their foot out to trip him and acted like they were always against the war. The libtards voted to fund the war, if that wouldn't have happened we would have been out in a year. Pure hypocrisy from the sheeple in the Democratic party. BAAAAHHHHHH
I don't have any "Democrat heroes", I think Pelosi and Reid are major jackasses, and I don't excuse anyone who voted for the war, so please spare me your dumb talking points and "libtard" stereotype you have stuck in your head. The fact of the matter is, you're being a good little apologist blaming everyone else (even an ex-President) for things they said, while not blaming the current Commander in Chief who played the greatest role in pursuing this war and who actually took action to start it.
How many times have you been to the middleast? Zero. You think you have all the info from what your precious Keith Olberman tells you. You're a sheep and have been lied to by the media. Bush did mishandle parts of the surge, but you'll never know what parts because you can't read it on the internet. Keep relying on Google for your info Puppet.
What does how many times I've been to the Middle East or Keith Olbermann have to do with anything? - Nice job of once again avoiding my point and resorting to petty insults and nutty assumptions. That says a lot more about you than me.
Bush is the Commander in Chief who pursued and started the war in Iraq in 2003, and thats a FACT, not a Keith Olbermann or "liberal media" conspiracy, and that makes him just as responsible as anyone else who voted for the war whether you like it or not.
I spent the last eight years hating Bush while I watched him destroy my country and everything it used to stand for, now it's your turn to hate Obama for at least four years.
Care to explain why you think Dubya is smarter than Obama? In the meantime, do a search for "yaafm bush" on youtube, and you will see proof that Dubya's stupidity is encyclopedic.
One more thing: See that "shift" button on your keyboard? That's how you input capital letters.
You did another awesome job with this. This video had a particular poignancy I think because of John William's stirring score. That famous Superman theme plays in the hearts of many Americans and always has the power to lift our spirits.
The iconography of Superman - America's greatest hero with his history in our culture, the red and blue draped across his body and his unwavering stance for truth, justice and the AMERICAN WAY make a great mesh with the hope Obama has brought out in all of us.
For those against our president elect - please read the facts before you give lip service to those who engage their mouths before their brain is in gear with the facts! Great video.
God help us, with this marxist, leftist, slave driver, liar of a president, we are in for a long four years, 9-11 will happen on a regular basis, at least i felt safe under Bush, this guy has no experience in anything, and has no idea what he is getting into
What's really amusing is that you all are trying to have a serious conversation about a video that was intened to be HUMOROUS. Go to a political forum to discuss policy if you feel so strongly about it.
I don't believe it is a good thing to make fun of the newly elected President of the US. It makes Obama look like a klutz and a big joke.
Maybe he is a loser and a bit childish and needs more experience, but you should give him a chance at least. Maybe he can be better than the last two you have had. He will make a lot of mistakes like everyone else. I especially like it when he said there are 58 states in the US. Even I know better than that. But that was really a stupid thing to say.
True, this is a great video. However, political videos often become forums for people of opposing sides to argue about what they care about. If this is good or not, I have no clue.
What most obama supporters cannot grasp is that the dems have been in control of congress since 2006. They have had more than enough time and opportunity to shut down this war and bring the troops home, had they chosen to do so. Blame Bush for entering the war but you can blame the Dems for prolonging and continuing since 2006.
And I assume you are in agreement that 95% of the dems in congress agreed with the initial attack and prosecution of this war. They all acted on the same info as Bush.
Video is F___en GAY! Yes in the minority who did not authorize the use of force against Iraq was Ron Paul be it a Constitutional Republican.
And what has Nancy "Bella" Pelosi accomplished in the 1st 100days? How about the first 700+ days? They could have cut off the funding to the troops and brought them home w/no ramifications from a lame duck President but they didn't.
People especially minorities are in for a shock when he takes over and doesn't get them jobs or wipe their worthless butts.
I resent this depiction of me as a tightie wearing white boy. Even though I am half and half, I prefer that you depict me as the color of my heart...BLACK!
I be black, I be soulful and I be more intuned with my black bros, Diddy Piddy and fitty centie.
....and even though I may dance like a skinny white retarded lesbian, I still be crumping and styling like a street homie.
... and Negro Please, Stop with the making fun of my personna. I will be yo king fo 8 years.
A very hateful rant, Barry. Notice, Obama has rarely if ever played the race card in his favor. It was the media that mainly made it an issue.
If you would actually open your eyes to the fact that Obama won and the election is over, then maybe you wouldn't feel the need to act like a sore-losing, McCain supporting prick.
Seriously, just let it go. Obama is the president, deal with it and get on with your life. Oh, and your impression is both stupid and racist.
I apologize for my lapse of memory, because I do remember that statement. However, Obama hasn't made his race an issue in the sense of," Vote for me because I'm black". That was the meaning when I said he hadn't played the race card. Based on the evidence you provided, It seems Obama was trying to discredit race as a factor, not use his race to make him president.
It seems that most people have discounted the fact the Obama is just as much white as he is black. The problem is that the perception is that he has run from being that himself.
Even you. In your comments you stated "his race", instead of saying just "race". I'm just wondering, more than race, people are skeptical of his leanings. In his book he said, "I will stand with Muslims should political winds shift in an ugly direction."
I for one, am not convinced that Obama is the right choice.
Many people have questioned his leanings on many things. Some have said he can't balance the economy or stop the war in iraq. These comments are made in futility, as he is the new president. I am well aware of the fact that Obama is a mixed person. In fact, I agree with you when you said that the majority of the country only sees him as a black president. If the people would stop getting caught up in the issue of race, they may just gain a new veiw. But its not my job to convince you.
We do not question most of his "leanings". He was elected for them. but the ONE lean I believe we cannot afford to allow him to have is to side with radical Islam as we are in a struggle to keep Americans safe from their attacks.
Saying he will "stand with the Muslims should political winds shift in an ugly direction" doesn't mean he supports radical views. Wanting to help people stuck in the middle of a warzone seems like an honorable thing to me. If you think we should isolate ourselves from an entire people because of what a few did, then I have serious disagreements with your thinking.
Not every person of Muslim faith is waiting to martyr themself in an American mall, as the more small minded individuals think.
The only people in the "war zone" he is elected to concern himself with, are the Americans fighting this War.
When it comes to taking sides, that path should be clearly drawn. As long as we are there, he should get onboard and have faith and resolve that our troops can win this thing IF they are allowed to.
That means ... give them the resources they need and get out of the way.
I agree that the troops fighting in Iraq should be a focus of our president, and I agree that as long as they are there, we should support the troops. However, if we just did more to aid the government of Iraq instead of doing it all on our own, maybe the problems wouldn't be so bad. If we just put more responsibility on the Iraqi government, we could safely withdraw the troops from Iraq. Helping the people and government of Iraq so they can help themselves is the only way the war will end well.
You frame your thinking by assuming you know what's going on in Iraq.
Bottom line is that the Iraqi government is taking over all aspects of governing and control of their country every day at a rapid pace. If you have noticed, our troops are suffering far less casualties, and they have been only three deaths in the last 60 days. That is still 3 too many but still far less than in previous months. This is primarily because the Iraqis are assuming more and more responsibility.
It is a good step that the government is taking, assuming more responsibility. However, If the Iraqi government has been assuming responsibility so rapidly, why are troops still in Iraq? Since troop death is down, as you said, then why weren't they pulled out?
This is because untill the Iraqi government assumes not part, but full responsibility for the conflicts, the United States goverment will continue to waste the country's resources fighting for those unwilling to fight for themselves.
It amazes me that you continue to try and second guess a war that you have no intimate knowledge of, nor the expertise of our Military leaders to prosecute the ending.
Even your messiah obama, has now recognized and admitted he cannot bring our troops home for a year or maybe two, or maybe four or more.
So much for change in that direction anyway. We wait to observe his next flip flop.
I will continue to be an observer in his futility. There are others driving the bus, he is but a passenger.
Do you know why we can't bring troops home? Because idiots like you were so brainwashed by Bush (and Fox, Rush, etc) into thinking that you had to support the Iraq war to be a good conservative, when the truth should have been the exact opposite. True conservatives oppose the war. Why? Because they understand the truth. The cost of this war will echo through our economy for DECADES. There is no "winning" the Iraq war. We spent a trillion on it already. That's a loss no matter what the outcome.
Look,it is not my job to influence how you think. I simply believe that this war shouldn't have started. However, it did and there isn't anything myself or anyone else can do to change that.
I agree, I don't have intimate knowledge of what goes on in the war. However, I feel I know enough to come to a personal conclusion. I have stated this conclusion and that was my purpose since we started this talk of the war.
I beleive Obama can help this nation in many ways. Only time will tell that.

MishMoshUSA 3 years ago
oh I dont just blame Bush...there's a good few hundred people who work the scenes behind him who are alllll to blame. But comparing the mistakes of bush's people to clinton's (and there were some) is like comparing a categroy 5 typhoon to a spring shower.
aleksandr2006 3 years ago
Tell me facts that you blame Bush for, not liberal media propaganda. Gas prices, Bush tried to drill in off the coast in '01. Fannie and Frediie, he said reform should be soon in '02 and Republicans had a vote to reform in '03 and Democrats shot it down. Please tell me some facts.
MishMoshUSA 3 years ago
I think the above video points out the most major thing i can blame bush for; pushing the US into the first unprovoked war it has ever entered. That mistake should have any president impeached, regardless of whether the mistake was his own, or committed by someone responsible for intelligence errors in his administration. A leader is held accountable.
aleksandr2006 3 years ago
MishMosh, You're a much bigger puppet repeating that idiotic argument every Bush apologist uses. There's no comparison between Clinton shooting missiles at Iraq and Bush launching a full-scale ground war severely exhausting USA's military and treasury for almost 6 years so far, and just because Clinton (or anyone else) said Saddam had WMD doesn't mean they would have opted for Bush's disastrous "solution", nor does anything they said excuse Bush's actions.
PadreGuido 3 years ago
Oh padre Puppet. All of your Democrat heroes agreed Hussein was a threat and needed to be taken out. They reviewed the same intell as Bush. When the intell was wrong, they stuck their foot out to trip him and acted like they were always against the war. The libtards voted to fund the war, if that wouldn't have happened we would have been out in a year. Pure hypocrisy from the sheeple in the Democratic party. BAAAAHHHHHH
MishMoshUSA 3 years ago
I don't have any "Democrat heroes", I think Pelosi and Reid are major jackasses, and I don't excuse anyone who voted for the war, so please spare me your dumb talking points and "libtard" stereotype you have stuck in your head. The fact of the matter is, you're being a good little apologist blaming everyone else (even an ex-President) for things they said, while not blaming the current Commander in Chief who played the greatest role in pursuing this war and who actually took action to start it.
PadreGuido 3 years ago
How many times have you been to the middleast? Zero. You think you have all the info from what your precious Keith Olberman tells you. You're a sheep and have been lied to by the media. Bush did mishandle parts of the surge, but you'll never know what parts because you can't read it on the internet. Keep relying on Google for your info Puppet.
MishMoshUSA 3 years ago
What does how many times I've been to the Middle East or Keith Olbermann have to do with anything? - Nice job of once again avoiding my point and resorting to petty insults and nutty assumptions. That says a lot more about you than me.
Bush is the Commander in Chief who pursued and started the war in Iraq in 2003, and thats a FACT, not a Keith Olbermann or "liberal media" conspiracy, and that makes him just as responsible as anyone else who voted for the war whether you like it or not.

If this is good or not, I have no clue.
katanaman0 3 years ago
What most obama supporters cannot grasp is that the dems have been in control of congress since 2006. They have had more than enough time and opportunity to shut down this war and bring the troops home, had they chosen to do so. Blame Bush for entering the war but you can blame the Dems for prolonging and continuing since 2006.
And I assume you are in agreement that 95% of the dems in congress agreed with the initial attack and prosecution of this war. They all acted on the same info as Bush.
unsub99 3 years ago
Video is F___en GAY! Yes in the minority who did not authorize the use of force against Iraq was Ron Paul be it a Constitutional Republican.
And what has Nancy "Bella" Pelosi accomplished in the 1st 100days? How about the first 700+ days? They could have cut off the funding to the troops and brought them home w/no ramifications from a lame duck President but they didn't.
People especially minorities are in for a shock when he takes over and doesn't get them jobs or wipe their worthless butts.

Oh, and your impression is both stupid and racist.
katanaman0 3 years ago
katanmano,
Actually, Obama was the FIRST one to use the race card against Hillary and has used it several times since.
Example: The other side is going to say that because I don't look like all those other Presidents on dollar bills that I should not be elected.
If you don't remember that, then you aren't smarter than a fifth grader.
Personally I voted Libertarian because I believe we sorely need a third party. But I admit I could never vote for "that one",
mainly for national security.
truthdetective 3 years ago
truthdetective,
I apologize for my lapse of memory, because I do remember that statement. However, Obama hasn't made his race an issue in the sense of," Vote for me because I'm black". That was the meaning when I said he hadn't played the race card. Based on the evidence you provided, It seems Obama was trying to discredit race as a factor, not use his race to make him president.
katanaman0 3 years ago
It seems that most people have discounted the fact the Obama is just as much white as he is black. The problem is that the perception is that he has run from being that himself.
Even you. In your comments you stated "his race", instead of saying just "race". I'm just wondering, more than race, people are skeptical of his leanings. In his book he said, "I will stand with Muslims should political winds shift in an ugly direction."
I for one, am not convinced that Obama is the right choice.
truthdetective 3 years ago
Many people have questioned his leanings on many things. Some have said he can't balance the economy or stop the war in iraq. These comments are made in futility, as he is the new president. I am well aware of the fact that Obama is a mixed person. In fact, I agree with you when you said that the majority of the country only sees him as a black president. If the people would stop getting caught up in the issue of race, they may just gain a new veiw. But its not my job to convince you.
katanaman0 3 years ago
We do not question most of his "leanings". He was elected for them. but the ONE lean I believe we cannot afford to allow him to have is to side with radical Islam as we are in a struggle to keep Americans safe from their attacks.
truthdetective 3 years ago
Saying he will "stand with the Muslims should political winds shift in an ugly direction" doesn't mean he supports radical views. Wanting to help people stuck in the middle of a warzone seems like an honorable thing to me. If you think we should isolate ourselves from an entire people because of what a few did, then I have serious disagreements with your thinking.
Not every person of Muslim faith is waiting to martyr themself in an American mall, as the more small minded individuals think.
katanaman0 3 years ago
The only people in the "war zone" he is elected to concern himself with, are the Americans fighting this War.
When it comes to taking sides, that path should be clearly drawn. As long as we are there, he should get onboard and have faith and resolve that our troops can win this thing IF they are allowed to.
That means ... give them the resources they need and get out of the way.
truthdetective 3 years ago
I agree that the troops fighting in Iraq should be a focus of our president, and I agree that as long as they are there, we should support the troops. However, if we just did more to aid the government of Iraq instead of doing it all on our own, maybe the problems wouldn't be so bad. If we just put more responsibility on the Iraqi government, we could safely withdraw the troops from Iraq. Helping the people and government of Iraq so they can help themselves is the only way the war will end well.
katanaman0 3 years ago
You frame your thinking by assuming you know what's going on in Iraq.
Bottom line is that the Iraqi government is taking over all aspects of governing and control of their country every day at a rapid pace. If you have noticed, our troops are suffering far less casualties, and they have been only three deaths in the last 60 days. That is still 3 too many but still far less than in previous months. This is primarily because the Iraqis are assuming more and more responsibility.
truthdetective 3 years ago
It is a good step that the government is taking, assuming more responsibility. However, If the Iraqi government has been assuming responsibility so rapidly, why are troops still in Iraq? Since troop death is down, as you said, then why weren't they pulled out?
This is because untill the Iraqi government assumes not part, but full responsibility for the conflicts, the United States goverment will continue to waste the country's resources fighting for those unwilling to fight for themselves.
katanaman0 3 years ago
It amazes me that you continue to try and second guess a war that you have no intimate knowledge of, nor the expertise of our Military leaders to prosecute the ending.
Even your messiah obama, has now recognized and admitted he cannot bring our troops home for a year or maybe two, or maybe four or more.
So much for change in that direction anyway. We wait to observe his next flip flop.
I will continue to be an observer in his futility. There are others driving the bus, he is but a passenger.
truthdetective 3 years ago
"There are others driving the bus, he is but a passenger."
I assume you're a Bush supporter? So your remark is pretty funny, since GWB is the most obvious puppet President in....forever. Hah!

"Even your messiah obama, has now recognized and admitted he cannot bring our troops home for a year or maybe two, or maybe four or more."
You continue to amaze me. Sheesh!
DrSooz 3 years ago
Do you know why we can't bring troops home? Because idiots like you were so brainwashed by Bush (and Fox, Rush, etc) into thinking that you had to support the Iraq war to be a good conservative, when the truth should have been the exact opposite. True conservatives oppose the war. Why? Because they understand the truth. The cost of this war will echo through our economy for DECADES. There is no "winning" the Iraq war. We spent a trillion on it already. That's a loss no matter what the outcome.
polijunky 3 years ago
Look,it is not my job to influence how you think. I simply believe that this war shouldn't have started. However, it did and there isn't anything myself or anyone else can do to change that.
I agree, I don't have intimate knowledge of what goes on in the war. However, I feel I know enough to come to a personal conclusion. I have stated this conclusion and that was my purpose since we started this talk of the war.
I beleive Obama can help this nation in many ways. Only time will tell that.
