wow, I'm impressed! i saw several videos of urs, and i guess u speak korean and 3 more lang. I'm learning english and live in canada, still it is hard for me to speak perfectly, and being organized when i speak. and also i learned japanese when i was in the middle school in korea, and i usually got 100% on it, but now i even don't remember 히라카나.

You could try learning both at once. Korean and Japanese have more similarities than you think.

I should, but I'm BARELY studying Japanese. I should reach a good level in Japanese before I start; just based on who I am, I think that'd be better.

but that makes it even easier to start now. You can learn the same words in Korean as japanese.

but if you think it's better to wait a bit, then go ahead, do what you think is best for you, because you're right, you know you better than i know you.

I'm from California. I'm a second year at CSU Sacramento. I really want to speak Japanese because it's my auntie and uncle's first language. I want to be able to talk with them. I mastered hiragana and katakana but Kanji is REALLY hard for me because there's so many.

Nice to meet you :) You don't have to worry too much about Kanji at first ^^ I started from learning to speak before I learned to write ^^ and it's easier to do it that way because you have more confidence that way.
