You are very right! Venus deserves to be the Binibining Pilipinas Universe. BPC should have reviewed first the documents submitted by any candidate and determine should they qualify or not. Venus is right of saying that she is not a kid that they have given a candy and then take it back. It's not the right process. It seemed like, the BPC doesn't have a CLEAR RULES or that they are just beginning from the Business, and still committing mistakes - towards improvement. What a shame!....
