SO amazing, one thing i gotta say is as a person who started watching the show at sason 5 I NEVER knew they had another sister. The never talked about Pru aftr season 4 alot. Then I was so shocked that they killed her off when i bought the DVD's. This is an amazing trailer, poor Phoebe had to die, thats who it was about right?

All 8 seasons of Charmed were good, you know. But it's just the three first ones that were incredible. I loved Prue. She was the character, who made me the Charmed fanatic I am. For me Prue was THE Charmed One, while Paige... was a Charmed One. She was nice... But she never reached what Prue had been.

i couldn't have put it better. i also agree with charmedthefightconti- too much was changed after season 3. constance m burge shouldnt have left and i wish prue hadnt either. but personally i think giving piper a second power was a good thing, so she could dominate more episodes, and make the show mor of an ensemble effort then a rivalry between prue and phoebe, which is not what the show was about. this promo's wkd!!

It's not just when Shannen left. It's when Connnie left! Constance based the show on her family, and she had this whole let's combine our powers thing... You can see it clearly. Then Piper came with her second power, and the way it was presented trashed the show. KERN SUCKS. The real power in the show is the Book Of Shadows. I suppose lowel level evil was far a game for the Charmed Ones, but the way Piper was presented ruined Charmed. Im watching the first seasons and sometimes i cry :(.PERFECT

I thinks you're right. Cos in season 4 the whole story was about Phoebe and cole turing evil. I know that the underworld didn't show alot in the first 3 seasons but I've had enough with the dark caves and that red dressed seer. The thing that bother me the most when Paige came along is that the demons don't really seem to be that dangerous like they did before. They mostly just pop in the house and they go puff with Pipers powers...

Piper should be the pistol of the triad. Since she could never fight like Prue and Phoebe, although i don't like the fact that she did not even freeze the demons just to see fighting scenes like Death takes a Haliwell, she could just fight demons with a different way. But that's the reason Shannen wanted to leave. Because she knew that Kern would make demons like lollipops, with absolutely no depth. AFter all, every sister had her way with weak demons

Prue would throw it away and then throw a stick or astral inside it, making it feel emotions. Phoebe would levitate and then spell it away. But Piper blew almost every demon. And after season 5, her power becomes like fire punch. Her power has nothing to do with fire, she just speed up the molecules! KERN, DIE. PUT A STICK IN YOUR BRAIN AND APOLOGIZE FOR RUINING CHARMED! lol. after Prue, the fans reduced to the half number. The charmed continue to have success because of the internet fan base who kept watching the show no matter what. The ratings fell dramatically. If Shannen, and of course the others two and of course CONSTANCE M. BURCE, wasn't there from the beginning, it would quit after 1 season. Everything involves around the first 2 -3 seasons. EVERYTHING. So stop saying a general sentence and face the facts. The show would be so much better with Prue, and

If Charmed really had been "ruined", then it wouldn't have ran for 5 more years. The beginning of the show is much better but it doesn't mean the end sucked. I think season 4 is one of the best seasons, the presence of Cole really did wonders for the show, IMO, since he was such a powerful complex character. I didn't like when they tried to make Leo, the paragon of all good, the bad guy at times.

We are not talking about ratings. We're talking about this notion that charmed was ruined after Prue died and that's just not true. It takes more than just internet fans to keep a show going for five more years. That's a long ass time for a show to continue. If it really had been ruined like you say then it would not have lasted that much longer.

I gotta agree with that. The show kept going on well even after Shannen. But when s5 began some ideas were a bit different than the main one, like more fairyTales and most powers were the same. I'm not saying that the show got bad, It's just that the story was based on developed witch craft and saving innocent plus all the new events and the main demons and warlocks. In seasons 7 & 8 it was all about energy and fire balls. Although the story of the 3 sisters was still the best as always.

Amazing promo video! Prue, Piper, and Paige are my dream team and I've always wondered what the show would've been like had they not fired Shannen. (IMHO, Shannen is a much better actress than Alyssa, and I firmly believe that the only reason things ended up the way they did was because between killing Phoebe or Prue, it was easier to kill Prue since there were no loose ends [i.e. Cole].) Had the show been Shannen, Holly, and Rose, I think the quality would've been MUCH higher. Five stars!
