I'm so glad that I came down from Seattle to see them this night. I had a feeling that this was it for me as a fan..and I'm sorry to say that it was worth it. This band w/o John is not the same. John on this particular night was a show within a show. I've loved RHCP since b4 John joined....but since then he has defined their success (whether he liked it or not!). Josh is cool but John was their synergy...and it was so apparent on this night in Portland!
Charlie's like my favourite song. Me and some friends drove 8 hours to Quebec City just to see them and when they played Charlie I went nuts. you guys had awesome seats, Great video thanks for the post!
I was at this show and this song among a slew of others was one of the most beatiful musical experiences I've ever had. Best concert I've ever been to.
