@PoKerFaceN1 Assuming you're in Australia, your best bet is probably to call 125 111 as it sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry plan.

If you have the problem where your contacts stay in the 'Pending' area then this is what I did to solve the problem.

Go into your phone store (depends what network you are with e.g Orange, Vodafone etc.) and ask them to change your contract so that your internet is 'Blackberry internet' and NOT 'Standard internet'. After this, you should get a text saying that you've been connected then it should work! Hope it helps (:

Hello there basically when I first bought my BlackBerry Curve 8520 from Carphone Warehouse the guy wrote down this number on my receipt to call them to get BlackBerry Services on my phone which I did and I got it for 30 Days and then it ran out but now I've topped up and I can't remember the Number to call because I lost my Receipt do you know what the number is?
