Made some mashed taters tonight with my world-famous meatloaf. Followed your recipe exactly as you've shown here. I had a hunk of smoked gouda cheese so I used that along with a bit of sharp cheddar. All 4 of us agreed they were probably the best mashed potatoes we've ever had. This recipe is now on my 'A' list. MANY THANKS!

my sister has the same ones, she got them from harvey norman...they even have little lights in the buggers so if your using them over food outside at a barbie or somthing you can see where the salt n pepper is going....how good is that?

I was a pro cook on and off for the past 20years, too much like hard work mind you lol. The amount of times customers say they have an allergy to this or that can usually be translated to:
allergy to beans=dont want "wind"
allergy to garlic/onoins=dont want bad breath
allergy to butter=minding their weight
In Italy they put olive oil on their mash, also very yummy, iv tried other good cold pressed oils like sunflower and have had good results.

What do you reckon Pete, is it better for me and Colin to move to Tweed heads (NSW Benefits, work in the Gold Coast, haha), Noosa Heads (Do I know anyone there?), or Cairns?
