Yes, the Japanese just aired 51, but actually they had that one missing episode. Was it the episode of Alice and Klaus? I didn't know the reason of why, yet I watched 52 episode Japanese version. The missing one wasn't in English, but in Japanese. Well, that's just my opinion. Maybe I was wrong...

For some reason, the episode in question that is missing is 40. Japan did not air the episode or (to my knowledge) release the episode on DVD. The episode just doesn't exist by episode count in Japan. Though, I was aware of it's existance in Japanese, I just didn't understand why it was skipped there.

It's very hard to explain, Dave. Since I watched Bakugan Japanese version, I felt something interesting from it. I had the complete Japanese version of First Bakugan. I didn't know why it was said the Japanese one had only 51 episodes. In mine, I had 52 episodes. All complete.

I think that there is 51 eps in the Japanese because there's one ep missing in the Japanese airing. Also, think that the Japanese verison is more interesting than the English anyday.

Ya Japanese OP Pwns English but really this anime is shit. Its like the unholy offspring of Beyblade and YuGiOh. The action is repetitive, the actual card game its promoting is complicated and the strategies all involve just one-upping your opponent in some way. People accuse YuGiOh for being stupid and over the top, but hey the card game is clever and you can use your brain to think of ways to win. Its like an expensive game of chess.

Although it will be aired in Japan on April, yet it has already aired in my country. By the way, the Japanese one has an interesting side where they don't cut the scene. For example, at Episode 2 of English version, Dan just felt the presence of Ace when they first met. But in Japanese version, Ace threw something to Dan's forehead at first, then Dan just realize it was Ace.
